Shaykh ‘Abdul-‘Azeez ar-Rayyis is a graduate of Imam Muhammad ibn Su'ud Islamic University in Riyadh, and was a student of many great scholars, including Shaikh Al 'Allaamah Muhammad ibn Saleh Al 'Uthaimeen (rahimahullaah) and Shaikh Al 'Allaamah Saleh al-Fawzaan (hafidhahullaah).
