Allaah the exalted says :
And Allaah the Exalted says :
So, whoever associates anything with the Exalted and dies as a mushrik, he is a permanent adherent of Hell, and he who worships Allaah alone he is a permanent adherent of Paradise even if he is tortured.
The Prophet said : Shall I tell you the fatal sins? Shirk with Allaah......... the hadeeth.
He also said : Avoid the seven fatal sins........ he mentioned shirk as one of them.
He said in another hadeeth : Whoever leaves his Deen kill him. This is authentic hadeeth.
And the Exalted says :
And the Prophet said : Avoid the seven fatal sins............ Murder is mentioned as one of them. The Prophet also said, when he was asked : What is the most fatal sin of all? he said : To equalize others with Allaah the One who created you. The man asked again : Then what? The Prophet answered : To kill your son for the fear of feeding him. The man said again : Then what? The Prophet answered : To commit adultry with your neighbours wife.
The Prophet also said : If Muslims fight each other with swords, the killer and the one killed are both in Hell. It is, then said : O Prophet of Allaah! It is understood why the killer is in hell, but what about the one killed? The Prophet said : He was covet to kill his Muslim brother. Also the Prophet said : A man is still in a wide scope of religious actions unless he murders. he also said : Don’t return Blasphemer after me, killing one another. Bashir Ibn Muhjar said that Ibn Buraidah said : the Prophet said : Killing a believer is greater to Allaah than the vanishing of the earth. Wording of al-Bukhaari He also said : The first thing that is judged between people is blood. Firas said : al-Shu’abi said : Abdullah bin Amroo said that the messenger of Allaah said : The most fatal sins are : Shirk with Allaah, murder, disobeying parents,........ Humaid ibn Hilal said : Nasr ibn Asim told us that ‘Ukba ibn Maalik informed us that the Prophet said : Allaah forbade on me the one who kills a believer. He said this three times, and this is on the conditions of Muslim.
The Prophet also said : Every soul that is killed unjustly, part of its blood is on Adams first son since he was thefirst to commit murder. The Prophet also said : He who kills a warrior, will not smell the fragrance of Paradise, which is smelt with in a walk of forty years. Taken from al-Bukhaaree and an-Nisaaee. and on the authority of Abee Huraira may Allaah be pleased with him that the Prophet said : He who kills a soul, that has Allaahs and the Prophets protection commitment - breaks Allaahs and His Prophets commitment, and will never smell the fragrance of Paradise which is smelled from a walk of forty years. at-Tirmidhee authenticated it. On the authority of Abee Huraira may Allaah be pleased with him that the Prophet said : He who backs on murdering a believer with even a word, meets Allaah, with a despairer of Allaahs Mercy written between his eyes. narrated by Imaam Ahmad and Ibn Majah and in the Isnad Maqil. Mu’wayweeyah said he heard the Messenger of Allaah say : Allaah forgives every sin, but a man dies a blasphemer, or a man kills a believer intentionally.
Allah says :
And satan teaches man magic only to make him disbelieve in Allah.
Allah says about Harut and Marut :
But they could not thus harm any one except by Allah’s permission. And they learned what harmed them.....
So you see a great number of unguided people go into magic thinking it is only forbiden not plasphemy in itself, so they hearm magic and ways of acheiving it are pure magic Magicians insert strange and obscure words, in a man’s marriage contract, dedicated either to their (the wife & husband) mutual love or mutual hatred, most of these words are blasphemy.
The penalty specified for the magician is execution because he has disbelieved, or nearly so, in Allaah. The Prophet said : Avoid the seven sins.......... He mentioned magic as being one of them. So, man should be prudent that he does not let himself get into such things that make him loose his life on earth and his life in the hereafter. It is transmitted that the Prophet said : The penalty specified for the magician is a strike with the sword. The authentication is from the saying of Jundaab. Bajalah Ibn ‘Abdah said : A letter came to me from ‘Umar may Allaah be pleased with him, a year before his death to kill every magician, whether man or woman.
On the authority of Abee Musaa may Allaah be pleased with him that the Prophet said : Three do not enter heaven : the alcoholic, the severer of the bonds of kinship, and the one who believes in magic. narrated by Ahmad in Musnad.
Narrated by Ibn Mas’ood may Allaah be pleased with him Marfooan : Claiming to know the unkown, amulets, and Tiwalahs are Shirk. Narrated by Ahmad and Abu Daawood. ********
Learn that many of these fatal sins, actually most of them, most people do not know their forbidness and what came about them of restraint and threats, thus the learned should be lenient on the unlearned when teaching him what Allaah helped him (the former) to know especially when the learned is well aware of the unlearned’s ignorance whether he is born in a far blasphemous country and captived and brought to a Muslim country or a blasphemous Turk or a blasphemous Georgian who does not know arabic and who is bought by a Turkish prince who is unlearned. This Georgian, with difficulty, pronounce the statements of faith which he may learn their meanings two days later or more, or more, and he may pray or may not, and he may be instructed the Fatiha [if his instructor has some sense of religion], but if his instructor is like this Georgian, how this poor Georgian is supposed to know the legislations and prohibitions of Islaam. And how will he know the duties of Islaam to do and fulfill them? If he is instructed these fatal sins and is warned against them, and he is instructed the obligations and believe in them, in that case he is happy and this case happens rarely. That is why man should thank Allaah on his well being. If it is said : If one neglected thses obligations and did not ask them, what becomes of him? I say : that this what he thinks about, and I don’t think that asking the teacher is not obligatory on the learner, and he whom Allaah does not give light he will not have it, so nobody will be damned, but the one who knows, and after a pretext is bound on him. Allaah is the most merciful. He says : Nor would we visit with Our wrath till we had sent a Messenger. Masters of Sahaba in Habasha could not have recieved the obligations but after months of revelation to the Prophet, so during these months they are forgiven till the moment they recieve the text, so anyone who does not know the text of forbidness is forgiven till he knows it. And Allaah knows well.
Another verse is :
The Prophet said : The commitment between us [the Prophet and the disbelievers] is prayer, he who leaves it is a blasphemer. He said also : He who misses the prayer of the afternoon looses all his work. And : Between Blasphemy and man is the prayer. He said : He who leaves prayers intentionally is fre of Allaah’s covenant of protection. ‘Umar may Allaah have mercy on him, said : He who misses prayers has no luck in Islaam. Ibraheem al-Nakhi said : He who leaves prayers is a blasphemeist. al-Jareer said : that Abdullaah ibn Shakeek said that Abu Huraira said : The Prophets comrades did not consider any thing that is left as blasphemey but the prayers. Ibn Hazm said : No guilt, after blasphemy, greater than delaying prayers till its time passes, and murdering a mumin unjustly. Abu Huraira said :
The Prophet said :
‘Umar said : The Prophet said : He who keeps not his fulfilling of prayers will have no light, nor salvation, nor proof. and at the Day of Judgement he will be placed with Karun, Fir’awn, Haman and with ‘Ubai Ibn Khalaf.
All these verses and texts from the Noble Qur’aan and the hadeeth prove the blaspheme of those who leave prayers. The Prophet said to Mu’ad : No man cites that the there is no God but Allaah, that Allaah forbids his body on hell.
He who delays prayers till its time passes commits a great fatal sin, and he who leaves it totally is as the one who commits adultery or the one who steals because leaving or delaying prayers is a fatal sin. If one does so, he is one of those who commit fatal sins till he repents, if he does not repent, the he is damned to hell
Allaah says also :
The Prophet said : Any camel, or cow, or goat owner who does not pay zakat will be thrown down on his face on a hard land and for these [animals] to thrust him with its horns and step on him with its limbs, no sooner the last one steps and thrusts but the first one comes and repeats the action once again. This process will continue functioning till the Day of Judgement and until the Judgement is finished between people within a day that lasts fifty thousand years. Then he is decided where to go : Heaven or hell. And he who does not pay Zakaat for his wealth, his wealth will come to him at the Day of Judgement in the shape of a fearful bold snake.
Abu Bakr, may Allaah have mercy on him, fought those who did not pay zakaat and he said : I swear with Allaah, I will fight them for even a node they used to pay for the Prophet of Allaah and refuse to pay it now.
Allaah says :
The Prophet said : He who refuses to pay Zakaat, we will take it from him and part of his camels (wealth) as a strict order from Allaah. Abu Huraira said : The Prophet said : The first three people who go to Hell are : a prince who deals high - handedly with his subjects, a wealth owner who does not pay Zakaat, and a proud poor man. Abdullaah says : You were commanded to pay Zakaat and pray. He who does not pay Zakaat his prayers will not be accepted.
And He also says :
The Prophet said : Shall I inform you with the most fatal sins of all?...... he mentioned disobeying parents as one of them. He also said : Allaahs satisfaction is out of parents satisaction, and His anger is out of theirs. The Prophet said : the parent is the middle door of the doors of paradise, if you want it to preserve your parents, and if you want to loose him, loose your parent. A man came once to the Prophet of Allaah asking his permission to let him go on fighting with the Mujahiden. The Prophet asked him : Are your parents alive? the man answered : Yes. Then the Prophet said to him : So fight in them [by serving them]. and the Prophet also said : Your mother, father, sister, brother and the descedants.
The Prophet also said : People who do not enter Paradise are : The disobeyer of parents, the reminder of charities, a drunkard, and the one who believes in magic Abdullaah Ibn ‘Umar said that a bedouin came to the Prophet saying : O Prophet of Allaah! What are the fatal sins? The Prophet answered him : Shirk, the bedouin said : then what? The Prophet said : Disobeying parents. Then what? The bedouin asked. The Prophet said : The ominous oath. The Prophet said also : the one who disobeys paretns and the disbeliever of fate do not enter paradise... A man came tothe Prophet asking him : Prophet Muhammad! What do you say I prayed the five times, and fasted Rammadhan [month of fasting], and payed the Zakaat, and do the Hajj what do I get? the Prophet answers : he wh does these will be with Prophets, believers, and martyrs unless he disobeys his parents. Bakkar Ibn Abd al-Azeez said : My father told me that the Prophet said : Allaah delays whatever sins He wishes to the Day of Judgement, but disobeying parents, the person is asked about immediately. The Prophet said : A son will never repay his father, but when he buys a slave then releases him. The Prophet said : Allaah damns the one who disobeys his parents. The Prophet said : The aunt is as the mother. Wahb Ibn Manbah said : Allaah said to Moses : Moses! Honour your parents. He who honours him. and he who disobeys his parents, shorten his life and give him a son who disobeys him. Ka’ab said : By Him who has my soul, Allaah hurries the death of a man if he is a disobeyer of his parents to remain so. Abu Bakr Ibn Abi Maryam said : I read in the Tawrah : he who hits his father must be slayed. Wahb said : In the Taurah : he who hits his father must be stoned.
He also says :
This is a tremendous and a great warning, warning of the Hell fire eternally for who eats interest after knowing its forbiddeness. The Prophet says : avoid the seven fatal sins. His companions said : What are they, Prophet of Allaah? He said : Shirk, Magic, Murdering a sacred soul unjustly, eating interest, taking the orphan’s money, escaping at times of war, and hurting innocent believing women. The Prophet also said : Allaah the eater of Interest, the on ewho allows eating it, its witnesses and its writer. The Prophet also said : Interest eater, the one who authorizes it, and its writer if they know are damned, as Muhammad says, at the day of Judgement.
The Prophet said : Avoid the seven fatal sins...... and he mentions eating orphans money unjustly as one of them. When the legal guardian of an orphan is poor, then he is permitted at that time to use the orphans money provided not to spend more than what he needs. Whatever he uses more is considered to be forbidden. This permitted amount, that the legal guardian of an orphan may use, is determined by what is known between people who are bare enough to decide how much is it without personal benefits they may have.
The Prophet said : Avoid the seven fatal sins......running away at times of war is one of them.
In another verse, Allaah says :
Allaah also says :
The Prophet was asked : What is the most fatal of all sins? The Prophet answered : To worship others with Allaah and He created you. Then what? the man asked. he said : To kill your children for the fear of feeding them, The Prophet responded. The man asked again : Then what? The Prophet said : To commit adultery with your neighbours wife. The Prophet said : The adulterer does not commit his sin when he is a pure Believer, the thief does not commit his sin when he is a pure Believer, and the drunkard does not comit his sin when he is a pure Believer. THe Prophet also said : When a man commits adultery, faith comes out of his heart and hovers above him until he leaves the sin, then faith comes back to him again. In another hadeeth, the Prophet said : He who commits adultery and drinks alcohol will be deprived of faith just as a man takes off his shirt. Another hadeeth is : Three of whom Allaah does not speak with at the Day of Judgement, nor praise them, and they will have a painful torture, an adultrous old man, a lying king, and a proud sustainer. the Prophet said : Wives of Mujahideen are forbidden on those who do not fight as if they were their mothers, any man who takes care of a Mujahids wife and children and then commits sins with her, he will stand in front of Allaah at the Day of Judgement and this Mujahid takes whatever he wants from the the other mans good deeds, what do you think? The Prophet said : Four people Allaah hates most, a Liar swearing false man, proud poor man, adulterous old man, and an unjust king.
The worst kind of adultery is the one commited with (ones) mother, sister, or stepmother or the like. the Prophet said : He who falls on a forbidden woman on him is to be killed. and ‘al-Bara’a said that the Prophet sent his uncle once to man who fell on his step mother - to kill him [the latter] and seperate his money.
Also He says :
The Prophet said : You are all guardians and each is responsible of his subjects.....The Prophet also said : He who cheats us is not one of us. He said also : Unjustice is darkness at the Day of Judgement. Another hadeeth : He whom Allah gives him subjects to guardian, then care not to advice them well, Allaah will forbid Paradise on him. In another narration ...........he will never smell Paradise. The Prophet said also : He who cheats his subjects is in the Hell-Fire. The Prophet also said : No prince of ten men at the day of Judgement, but comes to Allaah with his hands tied to his neck, either they are set free by his justice, or remain as they are if he was unjust.
The Prophet prayed to Allaah saying : O Allaah! If any one of this nation is held the responsibilty of kingship, and he gave it its rights, give him his rights. And if he was unjust to it, make it hard on him at the Day of Judgement. The Prophet said : There will be tyrant kings, he who believes their lies, and helps them in their tyranny is not one of my nation, and I am not from his nation, and he will not meet me at the al-Hawd at the Day of Judgement. The Prophet said also : There is no nation in which the majority is under the pressure of minoritys evil sins and the former does not change the latter, but Allaah surrounds them with torture. Abu ‘Ubaidah Ibn Mas’ood said that the Prophet said : I swear with He who has my soul : advice what is best. Prohibit what is evil, stand against the sinner, and force him to do the right, or Allaah shall seperate your hearts then damns you as he damns them Bani Israel as Prophet Daawood and Isaa son of Maryam said. The Prophet also said : there are two kinds of people that will never receive my intercession : the first is the unfair, tyrannical king, and an excessor in religion. they will be witnessed and damned.
Abu Said al-Khudree said that the Prophet said : The tyrannical king recieves the greatest amount of torture at the Day of Judgement. The Prophet also said : O people : advice what is good, and forbid what is evil and bad before you pray to Allah and receives no answer, and before you beg for forgiveness and recieve it not. Rabbis of the jews and priests of the chrisitans were damned and tortured when they left advising what is best and forbiding evil. He said too : He who brings about something new in religion which I didn’t say or do is not accepted and rejected. In another narration the Prophet said : He who brings about something new in religion or protects who does so is damned by Allaah, the angels and by all people , Allaah, the angels, and by all people, Allaah will accept no excuse from him. He said : Allaah will not show mercy to the one who does not show mercy towards others. The Prophet said : He who holds the responsibilty of a Muslim nation, then does not advice them, will never enter paradise with them. The Prophet also said : He whom Allaah bestows on him kingship and was not found to the needs and poverty at the day of Judgement. Another hadeeth is : Fair king is in Allaah’s shadow. The Prophet said : Fair people are on a platform of light, those who judge fairly with their subjects, families and whoever is under their protection. and about those who judge unfairly the Prophet, said : The worst kings are those whom you hate and be hated by, and whom you damn and be damned by. They his comrades said : Shall we outcast them? The Prophet said : No, as long as they pray. The Prophet said : Allaah delays the death of the tyrant till he takes him of a sudden, and when He does so, He will never let him go away. Then the Prophet recited : Such is the chastisment of thy Lord when He chastises communities in the midst of their wrong , grievous, indeed, and severe is His chastisement.
When Mu’adh was sent to Yemen, the Prophet said, to him : Avoid their pure money, avoid the prayer of the ill treated one because there is no barrier between it and Allaah. He also said : The worst subjects are the demolished. In an earlier hadeeth the Prophet said : These of which Allaah will never speak to on the Day of Judgement...... He mentioned the King as one of them.
Allaah said in the Noble Qur’aan :
The Prophet addressed his comrades : You are working very hard to get kingship, but later on it but later on it will be regret for you at the Day of Judgement. Then he said : By Allaah, we don’t give kingship for he who was very careful to get it or asked for it. In another incident the Prophet said to one of his comrades names Ka’b Ibn Ajarah : O Ka’b Ibn Ajrah! Allaah perfect you from incompetent (unjust) kings, kings who come after me, and do not follow my guidance, and do not follow my traditions [Sunnah]. The Prophet also said : Three prayers are surely answered : The prayer of the ill treated, the traveller, and the prayer of the parent against his child.
Ibn Abbaas said : When the verse of forbidding wine was revealed to Muhammad, his comrades walked aroundsaying : wine was forbidden and has been equated with Shirk. Abdullaah Ibn Umar said : Drinking wine is the greatest of sins. And it is the mother of evil deeds, and its drinker was damned in more than one tradition. The Prophet said : He who drinks wine whip him, if he does it once again whip him, the fourth kill him.
The Prophet said: He who leaves his prayers once out of drinking wine : as the one who has all the world then suddenly snaped from him, and he who leaves the prayers four times out of drinking, Allaah will irrigate him from the day of in sanity. The comrades then asked : What is this insanity day? He answered them : The sweat of Hell dewllers. In another narration : squeeze of Hell dewellers. another Hadeeth is : He who drinks liqour on earth will be deprived of it on the hereafter. He also said : the drunkard meets Allaah as a mushrik when he dies drunk.
A third verse is :
The Prophet said : He who has an atom of Pride will never enter Paradise. Also, he said : Once a man was walking proudly in his clothes that Allaah made the ground swallow him, and he is rattaling in it till the Day of Judgement. he said also : Proud and pride people will bevalied at the day of Judgement like atoms for the people to step on. One of the Salaf said : The first that Allaah was disobeyed with is pride.
The Prophet said : Pride is to tyranize right and encroach upon someone’s rights.
The Prophet said in a hadeeth Qudsee : Allaah says : greatness is my cover, and pride is my gown. He who fights me in them, I shall throw him into Hell. The Prophet said : Hell & Paradise quarreled togther and went to Allaah saying : Paradise O Allaah why my dewllers all of poor people and weak people. Hell : why are my dewellers all of proud people.
The Almighty says :
That is don’t turn your face away from others out of pride and malice. Salamah Ibn al-’Akwa’a : A man once ate with his left hand in front of the Prophet, the Prophet said : to him : Eat with your right hand the man said I can’t [ out of pride ] The Prophet said Forever you can’t. The man then was neverable to lift his hand to his mouth ever again. The Prophet said also Shall I tell you about who dwells in Hell. Every cruel covetous, impatient talkative prooud and pride man. Ibn Umar said : I heard the Prophet saying : There is no proud man who walks proudly and greatens himself, but meets Allaah angry on him. The Prophet also said : The first three who enter Hell are a tyrant king, a wealthy who does not pay Zakaat, and a proud poor man.
I [the author] say : the worst malice is to be proud with your knowledge on the people, and greatened in himself with his virtues, this does not help him his knowledge, because he demands knowledge for the sake of the hereafter, his knowledge takes his soul humbly, and he is humble at heart, and his soul is cool, and watches himself carefully he is always awake and reckons it. If he is unaware of it for a minute it destroys him. He who demands knowledge for pride and mastership, and looked at other Muslims and act stupidly towards them and lessens from their ranks this is greater than pride and he who has an atom of pride in his heart will never enter paradise No power except from Allaah.
It is said that testifying false testimonies is equal with Shirk. Allaah says Such (is the Hajj) whoever honours the sacred rites of Allaah for him it is good in the sight of the Lord....and shun the word that is false.
In the Hadeeth : No leg of a man who testified a false testimony withdraws [from the straight path : as-Sirat] till Hell is judged for him to dwell in it. I say : False testimonies have fatal sins, one of them is lying
And the Prophet said : al-Mumin can be natured on anything but not lying and treachery. The other one is that he has tyranized the one whom he testified against that by his testimony deprived the ill treated one from his money, and soul. The third great sin is that the one who testified tyranized the one whom he testified for since he opened the way for him to gain prohibited money that surely will lead him to the Hell-Fire. the Prophet said : He whom I judge money for him from his brothers which is not his don’t take it is a part of Hell-fire which I gave him. Sin number four is that the testifier permitted what is prohibited by Allaah and prevented it from prevented : money, virtue, and dignity. In that matter the Prophet said: It is forbidden for each Muslim to deprive his brother from : money, blood, and dignity.
The Prophet also said : Shall I tell you the most fatal sins of all? Shirk, disobeying parents, lying at testimonies. the latter, the Prophet repeated it until we [his comrades] wished that he stops.
Sodomy is greater and uglier than adultery. The Prophet said : Kill the doer and the one that the action is done on him. THe Prophet also said Allaah damns he who does as the people of Lut have done. Ibn Abbas said : Look for the highest building and throw the sodomite from it. The Prophet said : Lesbianism between women is adultery. In al-Shafi’is view the penalty for the sodomite is as the penalty for the adultrous. The Islamic nation agreed that he who commits sodomy with his slave is criminal sodomite.
The Prophet said : Avoid the seven fatal sins...... He mentioned slandering haste believing women as one of them. The Prophet also said The true Muslim is the one who prevents other Muslims from his tongue and hand. The Prophet once said to Mu’adh Let your mother lose you there is nothing that throws people on their faces in Hell at the Day of Judgement, but their tongues. Allaah says :
The Prophet said : He who slanders his slave with adultery will receive his penalty at the Day of Judgement unlesshe is telling the truth. Those who slandered the Muslims mother and the wife ofthe Prophet, ‘Aaisha Allaah bless her, after the verse of clearing her from the charge accused on her, are blasphamist, and disbelievers in the Qur’aan that they should be killed.
Abu hamid al-Sa’idy said The Prophet employed a man from the ‘Azd named Ibn al-Utaibah to collect charities and endowments, when he came to the Prophet he said This is for you [house of Zakaat] and this is for me, it was given to me has a present. The Prophet then went to the platform, priased Allaah, then said I employ one of you and says : This is for you and this is for me, it was given as a present for me. Shall this man sit in his parent’s house till this present goes to him if he was honest?! Any one takes anything unjustly, he shall face Allaah carrying this thing with him : I shall see a man carrying a camel, other a cow with a lowing, and another a goat that raises. Then he lifts up his (the prophets) hand saying: O Allah: Did I deliver your message?
Abu Hurairah may Allaah have mercy on him, said : We went with the Prophet to khaibar, we did not gain gold nor money, but furniture, food and clothes. Then we went to the valley, a slave was with the Prophet, whom was given to the Prophet by a man from Jutham. When we settled there, the Prophets slave went on to untie the Prophets camels saddle. suddenly, then he was killed by an arrow (from the enemies) . We said to the Prophet : congratulations for his martydom. The prophet answered us : no by He who has my soul the turban is flaming on his body fire, for what he stole from the exploits of Khaibar before dividing them . People got terrified. a man came then with one or two shoe laces. the Prophet said one or two shoelaces of hellfire. It is honestly said that the Prophet, Abu Bakr and Umar burned the fortunes of such stealer and beat him. Abdullaah ibn Amroo said a man who has named with KirKara was riding the Prophets camel, suddenly he died. THe Prophet said he is in hellfire. The Companions ent and looked into his properties and found a gown stolen by the dead man from the exploits of war.
There are plenty of traditions that could be included in this chapter and some of them can be classified under the chapter of unfairness or ill treatment. Unfairnesss is divided into three sections the first one is eating others money unjustly the second is killing, injure, hitting, or breaking others unjustly the third is insulting them or cursing and slandering them undeservedly. The Prophet once said when he delivered aspeech at Mina your blood money and virtue are forbidden (to be misused) as the forbiddness of this day , in this month in this town.
The prophet said Allah accepts not a prayer with no purification and accepts no charity with stealing. Zayd ibn Khalid Al Juhani said a man stole at the time of Khaibar, the prophet did not pray on hum and said your brotjher here stole from which is for Allah. We searched his properties and found in them two dhirhams of pearls. Imam Ahmad said we know that the prophet leaves not the prayer on a dead muslim unless he is a stealer from exploits of war or suicider.
Allah says also :
A third verse is about
In the tradition, the prophet said A councel which Allah does not leave a bit of it (without ) is a councel of unfairness. The prophet also said unfairness towards the rich is unjust. The deadly unjust is a false promise or lying. The prophet said he who takes other muslims right his right hand (intentionally) aught to go to hell. They asked Oh prophet of Allaah even if it is a tiny thing the prophet answers even if it was a pole of a small stick. The prophet also said he whom we employ on others money and tells us not about a string he recieves or any thing above in value, his action is stealing that comes on the Day of Judgement carrying it. The turban is burning under his body. Then a man stood up, went away, then came back again holding a trap which he stole it from the exploits before dividing them saying : This is a trap of fire. A man once asked the holy Prophet : O Prophet if I was killed in war when I am a patient warrior, tolerant, going ahead not with drowning, do these atone my sins? The Prophet answered yes except debts. The Prophet also said : There are men who deal with Allaah’s money unjustly, they will have hell Fire at the Day of Judgement. Jaabir May Allaah have mercy on him said that the Prophet said to k’ab Ibn Ujara : Flesh grown on ill gotten property does not enter Paradise, Hell-fire deserves it more. The Prophet also said : A body that was nourished with forbidden gains does not ever enter Paradise.
We can include in this chapter : tax collectors, highway robbers, traitors, those who claim to know the future or the unkown to gain others money, cheaters, those who borrow things then deny them, those who cheat at weighing, those who find money and conseal it, those who sell some goods with faulty things in them and cover them, gamblers, and those who auction on a good they don’t want to buy but to increase the price on the buyer himself.
The Prophet said : Allaah damns the thief who steals [even] a robe, his hand must be cut off. The Prophet also said : If Fatima [the Prophets daughter] should steal, I will cut off her hand. He also said : The adultrous does not commit his sin when he is a Believer, the theif does not steal when he is a believer, but the way for repentence is always open. The Prophet said : They are but four : Do not equate Allaah with others, do not kill souls unjustly, don’t fornicate and do not steal. I the author, say The thiefs repentance does not work unless he gives back the stolen to his owner. If he is penniless he should ask the owner forforgiveness.
Even scaring others at High ways is like commiting the sin itself, how then if he takes money, kills, or injures others?! Take in consideration their leaving for prayers and spending what they steal on forbidden thingssuch as drinking wine or adultery.
a third verse is :
The Prophet said : Lying leads to licentiousness, and licentiousness leads to hell-fire. The man still lies till he is written a liar in the book of Allaah. He also said : Three signs that are for the hypocrite, if he talks, he lies. If he promises, he breaks his promises, and if he is entrusted on something he betrays it. another hadeeth is : A pure hypocrite has four signs, anyone who has one of them is a hypocrite, he should try hard to leave it, these signs are : If he is entrusted on something, he betrays, if he speaks he lies. If he promises, he breaks his promise, and if he disputes with someone, he commits sins. The Prophet said : He who claims to have a dream which he did not actually have seen, will be asked - at the Day of Judgement to do the impossible which he won’t be able to do it. He also said : The worst kind of lying is to claim to have seen something which he didn’t see. The Prophet also said : The man I saw, cutting his cheeks towards his back and his nose and eye towards his back, is the man who comes out of his telling lies that goes far away. The Prophet also said : al-Mumin is natured on everything but not treachery and lying. The Prophet said also : In offers there is a free pace for lying. He said also : Suffice it to gain sins to tell whatever is heard. He also said : He who makes himself dream with things he is not given as the one who wears two dresses of falsity. The Prophet then warned us : Avoid suspicion, it is lying. in another hadeeth, the Prophet said : Three are those whom Allaah will never speak to ..... one of these three is lying king.
Allaah the Almighty also says :
Jundub Ibn Abdullaah said : The Prophet said : Among those who were before you, there was an injured who gave up his recovery then took a knife and cut his arm which led to his death.
Allaah said :
Abu Hurairah said : The Prophet said : He who stabs himself with a dagger, shall hold it [at the Day of Judgement] stabbing himself for ever in Hell-fire. And he who poison himself shall sip this poison in the Hell-Fire forever. The Prophet said about the one who kills himself with a sword to run away from his pains is : one of the dwellers of Hell. The Prophet also said : Cursing a believer is like killing him, and he who slanders a believer with shirk is his killer. and he who kills himself with something will be tortures with that thing forever at the Day of Judgement.
The Prophet said : Allaah does not accept the prayer of a judge who judges against the laws of Allaah. The Prophet also said : One judge is in Paradise, and two in Hell, One knew the right and judged accordingly so he is in the Paradise, the other knew the right, but intentionally did not judge according it then he is in the hell, the third knew nothing and judged by ignorance, he is in the Hell. I [author] say that every one who judges ignorantly is included in this warning.
The Prophet said : Two judges are in The Hell and one in Paradise.... The Hadeeth. They [the Companions] said : What is the ignorants fault? The Prophet answered : His fault is being a judge before gaining knowledge. In another Hadeeth, the Prophet said : No one is holding responsibility for something in this Umma and does it unjustly that Allaah will throw hin in to Hell.
The Prophet said : He who is made a judge between the people is slayed without a kinfe. But if the judge worked hard and judged according toe the provided evidences, and did not judge according to any knowledgeable man, and later discovered his fault, he will gain merits, because the Prophet said : If the judge/ruler endeavoured to judge correctly and is right ; he shall have two merits, if he is mistaken, he shall have one merit. The Prophet arranged the number of merits according to endeavouring, he who imitates others in judging is out of the case. It is forbidden for the judge to judge while he is angry especially against the other side. If ignorance and bad intention are found in the judge together with bad morals and no piety, he is completely lost and he should dismiss himself to avoid Hell Fire. The Prophet said : Allaah curses the Briber and the one Bribed.
The Prophet said : Three are not going to enter Paradise: The disbeliever of his parents, the procurer, and a woman who acts like men. So he who knows sin of his woman relatives and commends it out of likeing it [ or because he cannot pay a debt for her] or a heavy bridal dowery, or he has small children, so he takes it to the judge asking for it] He is less that on who fall on her, and there is no good at all in the one whodoes not have a sense of jelousy upon them.
Ibn Abbas said : The Prophet cursed those men who act like women, and women who act like men. In other narrations The Prophet said : Allaah curses the female who acts like a man. Abu Huriarah said : The Prophet cursed the manwho dresses like a woman. and a woman who dresses like a man. The Prophet said : Two kinds of people I didn't see yet, and are promised to dwell in Hell, Those who hold whips like cows tales whipping people with them, and women who are clothed but still naked, and walk wavingly, and their heads are like camels peaks, those women will never enter Paradise nor smell it, even though its fragrance can be smelled from far away. Women are cursed for doing many things such as : showing off their beauty like gold, pearls from under their cover, and perfume them with musk and Ambergis, and wearing *** things and light clothes - that show what is under them - and things like that.
He who intentionally eats these kinds of meats unnessecarily is a criminal, and I think no pure Muslim who commits such a crime unless he is not a pure muslim but actually a Zanadikat al-Jabaliah and Tayamunah. All Muslims believe that eating pig' s meat is a greater sin than drinking wine.
It is said , rightly, that the Prophet said : Anybody that was grown on forbidden meat worths hell. All Muslims agreed that it is forbidden to play cards because The Prophet said : He who plays trick track dyed his hands with pig's blood and meat. undoubtly dyeing the hands with pig's meat and blood is greater than playing trick track, what do you say then about eating them? May Allaah protect us all with His mercy.
The prophet said When he passed two graves once : They are being tortured. Surely for a great sin one of them used not to clean himself from the urine the other was always slandering others. Anas Ibn malik may Allaah be pleased with him said that the Propeht said : Clean yourselves form urine because most of the punishment in the grave is due to not cleaning it, Also he who does not clean himself from urine his prayers are not accepted.
The Prophet said : in The hadeeth of this female fornicator who healed herself by subjecting herself to the punishement of stoning : she has repented a repentance which if tax collectors would repent would be forgiven for his repentance will be acepted .
Tax collector is like a road thief which is worse than stealing itself He who cheats people and renews taxes paying on them, he is more unjust and unfair than he who does fair in his tax collecting and who is merciful on his people tax collector, and on its witness. Those who collect taxes from soldiers or old people or merchants are all criminals and eaters for the forbidden We Pray to Allaah for the good here andon the hereafter.
He also says
The Prophet said : The first one who is judged at the day of Judgement is a man who is killed at wars, Allaah brings him and reveals His bounty on him which the man recognizes. Then Allaah asks the man : What did you do ? The man answers : I fought for your sake till death. Allaah says then : You lied, you fought just to so it could be said that you were 'brave' and it was said so. Then the man is dragged on his face to be damned in Hell. Another man is the one of knowledge who learned and taught and recited the Qur'aan. he is brought at this day to the presence of Allaah. Allaah reveals His bounty on the man who, consequently, recognizes it. Allaah asks him : What did you do with what you knew? The man answers : I learned knowledge and taught it, and recited the Qur'aan for your sake. Allaah says : You lied, you learn't it to be said among people that this man is a knowledgeable one, and recited Qur'aan so it could be said he is a recitor, and it was said so. He is also dragged on his face to Hell. A third person is the one whom Allaah riches and money. He is also brought to the presence of Allaah who reveals His bounty on the man who recognises it well. Then Allaah asks him what did you do ? The man answers : I didn't leave one way you would like to give money in but I did, and only for your sake. Allaah says : You lied You did so just to be said among people that you are a generous man and it was said so. Then this man like the two before is dragged on his face.
'Umar's son said that people said to him that when they meet their kings, they talk to them with things opposite to what they say when they are alone. 'Umar's son a said : We used to consider this as hypocrisy at the time of the Prophet.
The Prophet said : He who does things for the sake of the people, and say things for their sake not for Allaah's sake, Allaah will reveal his hypocrisy to the public at the Day of Judgement.
Muadh said that the Prophet said : A little hypocrisy is Shirk.
The Prophet said : He who lacks honesty, lacks faith. and there is no religion for oath's traitors. The Prophet also said : There are three signs for the hypocrite: He always tells lies, he always breaks his promises, and he always betray honestly.
Treachery in everything is ugly some of its kinds are worse than others, for he who betrays you in o pence is not like that one who betrays you in your family and your money and commits fatal sins.
another verse is :
The Prophet said : He who learns some thing that Allaah appreciates for secular purposes, Paradise is forbidden for him. and we have seen those who are drawn at the day of judgement on their faces to hell, and how it is said to one of them : You learned so it could be said that you are a knowledgable man, and it was said so.
Jabir said that the Prophet said : Don't learn for the sake of gaining high position at meetings. He who so will be damned to hell. The Prophet also said : He who learns for the sake of Pride or to quarrel in speeches with insolent ones, or to gain peoples's hearts will be damned to Hell-fire. In another narration : Allaah will damn him to Hell-Fire. The Prophet said : He who is asked about knowledge he knows and does not reveal it, will be sewed with fire at the Day of Judgement. The Prophet said : O Allaah forbid us knowledge that is useless. In another tradition the Prophet said : He who learns for secular purposes or not for Allaah's sake, would settle down on his place in Hell. Ibn Masu'd said: He who does not apply what he learns on himself, his knowledge will give him nothing but pride. The Prophet said : The knowledgeable one is taken at the Day of Judgement and he is thrown in hell walking around as the donkey with the millstone. Then he will be asked : For what mistake you are tortured like this and you used to guide us? This man answered : I was doing what I told you it is forbidden. Hilal ibn Al'ala said : It is harder to ask for knowledge memorizing it is more harder, working in accordance is even harder, but preventing the self from its dangers is the hardest.
In the Hadeeth the Prophet said : Three are those whom Allaah will not speak to nor look at, nor honour at the day of judgement and they will be tortured grievously : the lowerer of his clothes, the reminder of his charities, and the seller of his goods by false swearings. The Prophet also said ; Three are those whom Allaah does not accept of good deeds nor justice from them : the disbeliever of his parents, the reminder of charities, and the disbeliever of fate.
In the book of true traditions there is the tradition of Jibraeel who said : O Prophet of Allaah ! What is faith (believing) ? The Prophet said to him : Believe in Allaah, Angels His Books His Prophets the Day of Judgement, ressurection after death, and fate [good or bad].
'Aisha, the Prophets wife said : the Prophet said : Six are those whom I damned and Allaah damned and also the Prophets : the disbeliever in fate, the adder in Allaah's Book, unjust dominator, the one who permits forbidden things, the one who reduces the honour of the Prophet - or his family by insulst or hatred and the leaver of my tradition. The Prophet said : The disobeyer of Parents, the disbeliever in fate, and the drunkard do not enter Paradise.
Ibn 'Umar said that the Prophet said : The disbelievers in fate are the magians of this Ummah. if they are sick do not visit them and if they die do not pray on them. ibn 'Umar said also that the Prophet said : there will be disbelievers in fate in this Ummah. a man came once to Ibn Umar saying that a man sends him his greetings Ibn Umar said : I was told that the is a causer of evil in Islaam if he is so do not send him my greetings I heard the Prophet says : There will be destruction and falsification in this Ummah destruction to those who do not believe in fate The Prophet also said : Man is not a pure believer unless he believes in four things : Allaah is the only Diety, and I am the Prophet of Allaah, believe in ressurection and in fate. The Prophet said : The magians of this Ummah are the disbelievers in fate if they are sick do not visit them, if they die don't pray on them, and if you met them do not greet them.
Muad'h ibn jabal said : The Prophet said : In every Prophets nation whom Allaah sent there are disbelievers in fate and Murji'a. Allaah cursed them through sevnty Prophets. Abu Huraira said : the Prophet said : Three are those whom Allaah will not speak to, nor look at, nor honour, at the day of Judgement, the disbelievers in fate, the drunkard, and the one who frees himself from his reponsiblity towards his son.
Hudaifah said the Prophet said : Every nation has its magians, and the magians of this nation are the disbelievers in fate. Ibn Abbas said : The Prophet said : Two kinds of this nation are not pure muslims : the disbelievers in fate and the Murjia. The Prophet also said : Some things about fate were delayed by concealing them because of the evil disbelievers in fate. Another tradition is Allaah has created every inventor and his invention.
The Prophet said : He who spies on others talks and they hate it, a melted lead will be poured in his ears at the Day of Judgement. And he who pictures a pictures is tortured at the Day of Judgement and is asked to give it life which he would not be able to.
The Prophet also said : Insulting a Muslim is iniquity and fighting him is blasphemey. He also said : Don't curse each other with Allaah's curse, nor with Allaah's wrath, nor with Hell. Another hadeeth is : Cursors are no intercessors nor witnesses at the Day of Judgement. The Prophet said also : A friend should not be acurser. The Prophet also said : the believer is not a slanderer, nor a curser, nor atrocious, nor obscene. He said also : When a man curses a thing this curse goes up towards Paradise, the doors of Paradise are shut against it, the curse then moves right and left it finds no way for it, then it goes back down to the cursed one if he deserves it or else to the curser.
The Prophet punished the woman who cursed her camel by taking it away from her. It is said by Imran that : Once the Prophet was in one of his travels, and a woman of the ansar riding her camel ; this woman got bored of the camel and cursed it. The Prophet said : Take whatever on this camel and leave it for it is a cursed thing now.
Abu Huraira said that the Prophet said : What is worse than taking interest is the over bearing talk of a man about his Muslim brother.
A third verse is:
The Prophet said : A hypocrite is the one who has one or the four of the following characteristics : He lies when he speaks, he betrays when he is entrusted on something, he cheats disloyaly when he oaths, and he commits sins when he disputes with others. The Prophet said every traitor has his symbol - at the Day of Judgement on his behind or back, he is told : This symbol for betraying such man, there is nothing greater than betraying the king of subjects. Another hadeeth is : Allaah says : three are those whom I will be their disputer at the day of judgement :a man oaths and betrays his oath, a man sells a free man and took (unjustly) his price, and a man who heirs another man and when the work is done the former does not give the latter his salary. The Prophet said : He who leaves obedience to a king meets Allaah with no pretext and he who dies and has no bargain to a king, dies as the pre-Islaamic ones.
The Prophet said : He who wishes to be taken out of fire and enter Paradise, must die when he is a believer in Allaah and the Day of Judgement, and he must do people right as he likes them to do for him. And He who bargains with his king and gave him his oath of subjection, and all his heart, he must obey him if he can, If another one came to dispute him, cut his neck [the disputor]. The Prophet also said : He who obeys me, obeys Allaah and he who disobeys me disobeys Allaah, and he who obeys his king, obeys me, and he who disobeys him , disobeys me. Another hadeeth is : He who hates something from his king must be patient, for he who rebels against his king dies as those who die unbelievingly, The Prophet also said : He who leaves the group for even as much as an inch takes the bargain of Islaam off his neck. This is true from many angles. What is greater than establishing a bargain then betrays it and fights the king with a sword or let him down that he is killed. The Prophet also said : He who fights us is not one of us.
And
The Prophet said : He who asks a fortune teller or an astrologer something and believes him of what he says is a blasphemer [denied every thing that was revealed to Muhammad]. One and after a rainy night, the Prophet said : Allaah the Almighty says : there are believers and blasphemers among my human creatures this morning : He who said we were rained by the mercy and generosity of Allaah is a believer, and he who said we were rained by the planets is a blasphemer of me and a believer in the planets. The Prophet said : He who goes to a fortune teller and asks him something and believes him in what he says, His prayers would not be accepted for forty days. The Prophet also says : He who acquries something from stars, has acquired something from magic.
The Prophet said : If a man invites his wife to bed and she refuses and he becomes angry on her, the angels curse her till morning.
In another hadeeth : if a woman slept leaving her husbands bed the angels curse her. In another tradition : By he who has my soul in His hand no man invites his wife to bed and she refuses but He who is in heaven curses her till the husband is again satisfied with her. The Prophet said : It is forbidden for the woman to fast without her husbands permission and it is forbidden on her also to invite people to the house wiht out his permission. The Prophet said : If I commanded anyone to prostrate to anyone else, I would command the wife to prostrate to her husband. Ibn Muhsins aunt said that when she complained to her husband to the Prophet the Prophet said to her: watch yourself with him he is your paradise or hell. Abdullah Ibnamr said : the Prophet said : Allaah does not look on a woman who does not appreciate her husband while she cannot live without him. The Prophet also said : she who goes out from her husbands house is cursed by the angels till she comes back or parents.
The Prophet said : the Serveror of the bonds of kinship does not enter Paradise. He also says : He who believes in Allaah and the Hereafter should keep in contact with his kins. The Prophet also said : When Allaah created the creation , the kinship stood and said : This is the place of the one who asks you forbidness of severing the bonds of kinship.
Allaah says : Yes, don't you wish to satisfy the one who satisfies you, And disatisfy the one who disatifies you? The kinship says : Yes. The Prophet said : He wishes from Allaah to increase his welfare should keep in contact with his kins. Another hadeeth is : Kinship is tied with the Throne of Allaah saying : He who keeps in contact with me, Allaah will keep in contact with him [satisfies him] And he who cuts me [leave me] Allaah will cut him. In another narration that Prophet said : Allaah says He who keeps in contact with it (kinship) I will be in contact with him, and he who cuts it I will cut him. Allaah says But those who break the covenant of Allaah after having plighted their word there to , and cut as under those things which Allaah has commanded to be joined , and work mischief in the land : on them is the curse, for them is the terrible home. (Hell). The Prophet said : Allaah the Almighty says : I am the Merciful and it is kinship : He who keeps in contact with it I keep in contact with him, and He who leaves it, I leave him. I [author] say : the ones meant in this tradition are the ones who leave their poor kins when he is wealthy, and also the ones who leave their kins by ignoring , fooling, and showing dryness towards them. The Prophet said : Dew your kins even with greetings.
The Prophet said: Allaah the Almighty says : Who is more unfair (unjust) than he who creates like what I create, let them create a seed or barly or an atom if they can. Create immitate, pictorial representation, or making pictures for living things. It is true that the Prophet had cursed those who try to immitate Allaah's creation.
The Prophet also said : A culminator does not enter Paradise. The Prophet once passed by two graves then said : They are being tortured for a great sin One of them was a culminator, the other did not clean himself from urine. The Prophet said : The worst of the people is the equivocal person who comes to those with one face and to those with the other. The Prophet said : Nobody tells me anything about my companions , for I like to see them with a pure heart. K'ab said : Avoid culmination for the culminator can not avoide the grave's punishment. Mujahid said about the bearer of the firewood. The one who culminates, slanders or bespeaks about others.
The Prophet said : The Almighty revealed to me that you must humble to each other so no one outrages the other and be proud. It is said if the mountain outrages the other, Allaah will demolish the former. The Prophet also says : There is no sin worth immediate punishment here on earth beside to what is kept in the hereafter than unjust ( or outrage) and severing the bonds of kinship. Malik al-rrahwai said: O Prophet of Allaah ! I was given beauty that you can see, and I don't like to be competed in it, is this outrage or unjust? The Prophet answered ; This is not outrage , it is transgressing on others rights and feeling proud on others. Allaah destroyed karun for his injustice and outrage. The Prophet said : A woman was tortured because of a cat she would not let it free until it died which damned the woman to hell. The woman did not feed the cat or let it eat from the land. Ibn Umar said : The Prophet of Allaah curse the one who took a living thing as his target. Abu Mas'ud said: I was whipping a servant of mine with a whip when I heard a voice saying : Learn Abu Mas'ud But I didn't recognise the voice because of anger. When the voice came nearer I realized it was the Prophet saying to me : Allaah has power on you than you have on him [the servant]. From that time I promised myself that I would not strike a servant again. In another tradition. I said Ibn Mas'ud : He is free for the sake of Allaah. Then the Prophet said : if you hadn't done so hell would have burnt you. A third narration ....then the scourge fell from my hand.
The Prophet said : He who strikes his servant unpurposely or slapped him, his atonement is to free him. The Prophet also said : Allaah tortures those who torture people on earth. Once the Prophet passed a donkey stigmatized on his face and said : Allaah curses the one who stigmatized it . the Prophet also said : He who kills a soul allied with Allaah and the Prophet will never smell the fragrance of Paradise, and its fragrance is found from 500 years away.
The Prophet said : He who says to his brother Kafir : one of them will bear it . As for the khawarij there are a lot of opinions about them, a lot of disagreement aroused between people about their belief, because the Prophet said : They deviate the religion like an arrow goes through the throw, where ever you find them kill them. He also said about them : the worst killed under Paradise, and the best he whom they kill. Al-Khawarij heretics, permitors of forbidden bloods (souls) an blashpemey, they blasphmey 'Uthmaan and 'Alee and a group of great companions of Muhammad. Abe Aufa said : I heard the Prophet saying : al-Khawarij are the dogs of Hell. Sa'id Ibn Juhman said : I went to Ali Ibn Awfa and he was blind. He said to me : Who are you I said : Sa'id ibn Juhman he said : How is your father ? I said : He was killed by the 'Azariqah. He said : Allaah damned them. Then he said : The Prophet told us that they are the dogs of Hell. I said : the 'Azariqah only?!! He said All of the Khawarij Abu Hafs said that he heard Abdullah Ibn Abi 'Awfa when they were fighting the Khawarij saying : I heard the Messenger of Allaah saying : Good fortune is for the one who killed them and the one killed by them.
The Prophet said : The worst rank of people to Allaah are those whom people act goodly towards him to avoid his obscenity. The Prophet also said : Allaah hates the abominable obscene. The Prophet said: Slaves of Allaah ! Allaah has created embarresment but not defaming your brothers, he who does so will be destroyed. The Prophet also said : the Muslim is forbidden on the Muslim : his honour, money and blood. Virtue [piety ] is here [Pointing to his chest]. It is enough for him to commit a sin to despise his brother. The Prophet said ; A Muslim is the brother of a Muslim, he must not unfair him nor let him down nor dispise him. It is enough of evil to dispise his Muslim brother. Allaah says : Those who love to see scandal published broadcast among the believers, will have a grievous penalty in this life and in the Hereafter. The Prophet said : Insulting the Muslim is sinfulness and fighting him is blasphemey. The Prophet also said : He whom his nieghbour does not trust his evilness, does not enter Paradise. The Prophet also said : By Allaah he does not believe, By Allaah he does not believe By Allaah he does not believe, It is said who is he, Prophet of Allaah? He said He whom his neighbour does not trust his evilness. In another wording the Prophet said : He will not enter Paradise whom his neighbour does not trust his evilness. The Prophet said : He who believes in Allaah and the Hereafter do not hurt his neighbour. In Muslim's narration : He who believes in Allaah and the Hereafter act well to his neighbour. Abi Yahya said : I heard Abu Huraira says : It was said to the Prophet, O Prophet of Allaah! There is a woman who prays her night, fasts during the day, but by her tongue hurts others. That is she is vicious. The Prophet said : There is no good in her, she is to hell. The Prophet said : Remember the merits of your deeds and cease telling their mistakes (sins) It is said that the Prophet said : he who calls a man with blasphemey or said to him : enemy of Allaah and the latter is not, these will turn on him. 'Anas said : the Prophet said : when I was ascended to the Heavens I saw people with copper nails scratching their faces and breasts. I asked : O Jibrail Who are they ? he said : They are those who eating peoples flesh and defaming them. The Prophet said: It is one of the fatal sins insulting the parents. They said Does a man insult his parents? The Prophet said : Yes. He insults others parents and the latter insults his. In another narration : It is one of the fatal sins cursing the parents they said O Prophet of Allaah , how a man curses his parents? The Prophet said : by insulting others father and mother, then the latter returns back the insult for him. The Prophet said : no man calls the other blasphemer or sinner for if the latter is not so, these attributes will turn back to him. The Prophet also said : Do not insult the dead for they have told me what they have done .
The Prophet said that Allaah says : He who insults a friend of mine I will declare war in him. In another narration he competes in war In the hadeeth O Aba Bakr ! If you made them angry you made Allaah angry. Them refers to the Muhajireen.
