Wife says "divorce me", and her husband says: "OK"

Question: The questioner says, she said to her husband "divorce me", so he said: "I agree (OK)", or she said to her husband: "I want a divorce", so he said: "I agree (OK)". So does the divorce stand in this manner (with the use of these words)?

Response: The divorce does not stand in this manner (with the use of these words).
