  • Sirat Ibn Hisham - Biography of the Prophet by Ibn Hisham - 12 mb - 342 Pages [PDF]
    AbdulMalik ibn Hisham (d. 216 AH) wrote a book on the seerah and it was call Seerat Ibn Hisham . Ibn Hisham came and summarized the seerah of Ibn Is’haaq. The irrelevant material from Ibn Is’haaq was discarded by Ibn Hisham in his seerah. Ibn Hisham mentions this in his introduction to his seerah and he only kept in his book whatsoever he saw important and necessary. When Ibn Hisham came out with his seerah it was so good and it became popular very quickly. Everyone who wanted to learn the seerah had this book and was starting to become more and more common and was being found in each and every household. Because of this, within a hundred years or so, Seerat Ibn Is’haaq was no where to be found. It was almost as if it was removed from the face of the earth, until recently.

• Prophet King or Slave Messenger - By al-Haafidh Ibn Rajab al-Hanbalee (d.795H)
  This is an excerpt from the last chapter of Ibn Rajab's famous book: al-Khushoo' fis-Salaat. Here, he deals with the status of a slave-messenger which the Prophet (sallallaahu 'alayhi wa sallam) actually selected for himself when given the choice. The chapter expounds upon the nobility of such a choice and the reasons behind it. Pay special attention to the advice of Ibraaheem Ibn Adham at the end, although it is da'eef jiddan in its chain, it is tremendous in meaning.

Exaggeration of the Prophet (Sallalahi Alahi Wasallam )

• What do you know about "The Poem of the Scarf"? Famously known as ‘Qasidah-Burdah’ by Muhammad bin Saeed Al-Busairi (601-695 AH) - by Shaykh Muhammad Jameel Zenoo
  In the past few years, there is a particular piece of Arabic poetry that has reached the Muslims in the west and has been translated into English. This poem is called Qasidah Al-Burdah by Muhammad Al-Busairi. It is also known as the most famous if not the most famous poem that supposedly praises the Prophet (sallah allahu alieh wasalam).The poem has been widespread in Arabic for nearly eight centuries and many scholars have replied to it in Arabic.
