Question: The questioner asks about this group that has today left the Muslims and opposed them. They carry out bombings and terrorize people who once felt safe. Are these people truly part of the Khawārij or are they disbelievers?

Answer: This group that has left the Muslims, rebelling against them – this is the result of disassociating oneself from the scholars. I mentioned the consequences of this during the last part of the (previous) lecture. They broke away from the scholars, broke away from the Muslim leaders, and the disbelievers and hypocrites put these ideologies into their heads. So, they have become outcasts in Muslim societies.

They are Khawārij, no doubt. This act of theirs is the act of the Khawārij. Rather, they are even more violent and extreme than the (original) Khawārij. The (past) Khawārij did not use to destroy buildings and residents. The Khawārij used to show up face-to-face on the battlefield. They used to fight on the battlefield despite what they were upon of ignorance. But they did not used to collapse buildings on everyone inside them – women, children, the innocent, those at peace with Muslims, people with whom Muslims have a treaty, and other people guaranteed safety. The Khawārij used not to do this. This is worse and more violent than the actions of the (original) Khawārij.

This is more like the actions of the Qarāmiṭah (a severely violent, misguided sect). They are more like the Qarāmiṭah because the actions of the Qarāmiṭah are secret, based on secrecy and underhandedness and what these people today do is also based on secrecy. The (former) Khawārij – their actions were not kept hidden and secret; they would make themselves and their objectives known, publicly announcing them. So, these people are even worse than Khawārij.

The Consequences of Bida & Extremism in the Religion – Shaykh al Albaani

Taken from ‘Silsilah Ahadeeth As-Saheehah’ By the Muhaddith, Shaykh, Allamaa’ Muhammad Nasir uddeen al-Albaani
Translated by Abbas Abu Yahya

2005 – ‘Indeed there people who read the Qur’aan, but it does not go pass their throats, they leave Islaam just like the arrow leaves the prey.’

Collected by ad-Darmi

From ‘Amroo bin Salamah:  We were sitting by the door of Abdullaah ibn Mas’ood before lunch, so that if he came out, we could walk with him to the Masjid.

Abu Moosaa al-Ash’aree came and said: Has Abu Abdur-Rahmaan come out yet?

We said: No.

So, he sat down with us, waiting for him to come out, and when he came out, we all gathered towards him, and Abu Moosaa said:

‘O Abu Abdur-Rahmaan! Previously I saw something in the Masjid which I disliked. But,Alhamdulillaah, what I saw, was nothing but good.’

He said: What was it?

Abu Moosaa said, ‘If you live, you will see it.’

Then Abu Moosaa said, ‘I saw a group of people, sitting in circles waiting for the prayer.  In every circle there was a man and in their hands were small stones and he would say: ‘Say Allaahu Akbar 100 times’ and they would say ‘Allaahu Akbar’ 100 times.  Then, he would say, ‘Say laa ilaha ilAllaah 100 times’ and they would say ‘laa ilaha ilAllaah’ 100 times and he would say, ‘Say SubhaanAllaah’ 100 times and they would say ‘SubhaanAllaah’ 100 times.’

Abdullaah ibn Mas’ood said, ‘So what did you say to them?’

He said: ‘I did not say anything to them, rather I waited for your opinion [or ‘I waited for your command’].’

He said: ‘Why did you not command them to count their bad deeds [i.e. seek forgiveness from your deeds] and guarantee them that their good deeds would not be lost?!’

Then he walked and we walked with him until he reached one of those circles and he stood there and said, ‘What is this that I see you doing?’

They said: ‘O Abu Abdur-Rahmaan! These are nothing but small stones with which we are counting, saying ‘Allaahu Akbar, laa ilaaha illAllaah and SubhaanAllaah.’

He said, ‘Count your sins; I guarantee that you will not lose anything of your good deeds!  Beware, O Ummah of Muhammad!  How quick you are to your destruction!

Here we are, the Companions of your Prophet – abundant, everywhere and here is his clothing which has not been [wasted away] and his utensils have not been broken. I swear by Him in Whose Hand is my soul, either you are an Ummah more rightly-guided than the Ummah of Muhammad or you are opening the door of misguidance.’

They said; ‘We swear by Allaah, O Abu Abdur-Rahmaan, we did not intend anything but good.’

He said: ‘How many people intend good but never achieve it.  Verily the Messenger of Allaah – narrated to us, ‘Indeed there will be a people who read the Qur’aan but it does not pass beyond their throats.’  I swear by Allaah, I do not know. Perhaps most of them are from amongst you.’

Then he went away.

‘Amroo bin Salamah said, ‘We saw some of those sitting in those circles fighting on the Day of Nahrawaan, along with the Khawaarij.’[1]

Shaykh al-Albaani mentions in the Takreej (research) of the above narration:

‘Indeed there is a lesson to be learnt from this narration, for those who follow Sufipaths and Dhikr gatherings which are against the Sunnah.  When someone forbids an evil action that they perform they accuse him of forbidding Dhikr from its very foundation!

This is Kufr which no Muslim in this world should fall into; the evil action which they adhere to, from those forms of Dhikr and gatherings which, were not legislated at the time of the Prophet sallAllaahu alayhi wa sallam-, otherwise why would Ibn Masood Radi Allaahu anhu disapprove of those who were sitting in their gatherings?

Is it not, a gathering done on a specific day, and doing an amount of Dhikr which is not indicated by the Sharia’ but is listed by the Shaykh of the gathering, and he commands them with the amount of Dhikr that they should do from himself, as if he is a legislator on behalf of Allaah Ta’ala!

<<  Or do they have partners with Allaah, who have instituted for them a religion which Allaah has not allowed. >>[2]

To add to this, the Sunnah which is established by the Messenger sallAllaahu alayhi wa sallam- verbally and practically is to perform the Tasbeeh (remembrance of Allaah) on your fingertips, as it is clear in ‘The refutation against al-Habshee’ and in other places.

From the benefits which can be reaped from the hadeeth and this story is; that the importance is not of performing a large amount of worship, but rather, is it according to the Sunnah and far away from Bida’.

Ibn Masood Radi Allaahu anhu also indicated to this point in his saying: ‘sticking to the Sunnah is better than striving in Bida’.’

And another benefit is: that a small Bida’ leads to a greater Bida’.  Do you not see that those people from these gatherings afterwards became from the Khawaarij who were killed by the rightly guided Khalifah ‘Alee bin Abu Taalib?  So is there anyone who will take heed?!’

Concerning the Hizb-ut-Tahreer : Shaikh Muqbil bin Haadee Al-Waadi’ee

Source:Tuhfat-ul-Mujeeb ‘alaa As’ilat-il-Haadir wal-Ghareeb (pg. 141-143) [1]
Taken from al-ibaanah.com

Question: There is a group amongst us (here in the UK) called Hizb-ut-Tahreer. They call for the Islamic Khilaafah and they speak against the scholars. How can they be refuted and what is the way towards achieving the proper Islamic Khilaafah?

Answer: All praise be to Allaah and may the peace and blessings be on our prophet Muhammad, his family and Companions. I testify that there is no deity worthy of worship except Allaah – alone and with no partner. And I testufy that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger. To proceed:

With regard to the issue of partisanship, people are divided into two parties: The party of Ar-Rahmaan (Allaah) and the party of ash-Shaytaan (the Devil). So the party of ar-Rahmaan – it is not permissible for them to be divided amongst themselves. Allaah, the Most High, says: “Verily those who divide their Religion and break up into sects, you have no concern with them in the least.” [Surah Al-An’aam: 159]

And the Prophet (sallAllaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said: “The Jews split up into seventy-one or seventy-two sects. And the Christians split up into seventy-one or seventy-two sects. And my ummah will split up into seventy-three sects.” This hadeeth was reported by Abu Dawood from the narration of Abu Hurairah (radyAllaahu ‘anhu). Abu Dawood reported a similar hadeeth from Mu’awiyah but in it there occurs: “All of them (these sects) will be in the Hellfire, except one sect.” They asked: “Who is it O Messenger of Allaah?” He (sallAllaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said: “The Jamaa’ah.” Then he said: “And there will indeed come a people of whom vain desires will move them just as rabies moves around the one it affects.”

And what the Prophet (sallAllaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) warned us of has already come to pass, for the desires have become many and the parties and groups have multiplied. And Allaah, the Lord of Glory, says in His Noble Book: “And hold on tightly to the Rope of Allaah, all of you, and be not divided.” [Surah Aali ‘Imraan: 103]

The Prophet (sallAllaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said: “You will indeed follow the ways of those who came before you, step by step, even if they were to enter the hole of a lizard you would enter into it (after them).” We said: “O Messenger of Allaah, do you mean the Jews and the Christians?” He (sallAllaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said: “Who else?” And the Prophet (sallAllaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said: “The beleiver with respect to another beleiver is like a building, each part supports the other.”

As for these parties, then they chase each other away and they attack one another. In fact, if one were to say: “These splitting into parties has actualized what the enemies of Islaam have desired from splitting up the ummah, dividing its ranks and weaking its strength” he would be speaking truthfully.

Therefore, (I say that) Hizb-ut-Tahreer is a hizb (party) that is wicked. Perhaps you think this is a grave statement since I am the first one to say such a thing, but it is proper that I introduce such a statement. So I say again, it is indeed a wicked party, which began in Jordan. They split away from the Ikhwaan al-Muslimoon, who wrote to them requesting them to return but they refused to go back to them. Their leader was Taqee-ud-Deen an-Nubhaanee. Concerning the matters related to Creed, they say: “Nothing should be accepted except for that which conforms to the intellect.” So if there is found some hearing (of a report), then this hearing must be eliminated. That is why they reject the Punishment in the Grave and they reject that the Dajjaal will be brought forth.

And they have no concern for teaching good etiquettes nor with spreading knowledge. So it is a party that cultivates its followers upon seekiing after and studying politics, which opposes the Religion. And it was once said to the leader of this group: “Why don’t we see any schools for the memorization of the Qur’aan in your party?” So he responded: “I do not want to produce dervishes!”

They rely on politics only, and they do not rely on knowledge and etiquettes, nor on the heart-softening narrations. And with regard to issues of Fiqh, they make it permissible for a man to shake hands with a woman that is not related to him. And they say that it is permissible for a woman to be a leader and that she can sit in a governing council (majlis ash-shuraa). In fact they even allow a disbeliever to be in the governing council and that he can be given general leadership positions! So it is a deviant group that has surpassed the extent of deviance.

And I am surprised at those who join and adhere to this party. So I advise every brother to stay far away from this group and to warn against it. And if it were not that we make excuses for them, that they misinterpret the texts, we would have said that they were disbelievers because they reject the Punishment in the Grave and they reject the coming of the Maseeh ad-Dajjaal. And their leader says that he does not like to teach his students the Qur’aan so that they will not come out as dervishes.

[eBook] The Response of the Muslim Against the Plots of the Kuffaar – Shaykh Salih al-Fawzaan

Since the time of Prophet Muhammad those who disbelieved in his message have always diligently tried to put out the light of Allaah and to this day they have not ceased in trying to destroy Islam with every means, whether it be through the media, through war, occupation of Muslim countries and much more. We also witness how many Muslims fall subject to the traps of the disbelievers even at the hands of the Muslims themselves. One of the most prominent scholars of our time by the name of Shaykh Saalih bin Fawzan addresses these issues in a Friday sermon entitled; “The Response of the Muslims during trials”.

He addresses how the Muslims should counter the plots and objectives of the disbelievers during these times. Recently the kuffaar have produced movies, illustrations and evil ideas about Prophet Muhammad and the religion of Islaam. They have plotted cleverly against the Muslims in ways that are not apparent to many. Along with this they continue to spread western ideologies amongst the Muslims which shaykh Fawzan may Allaah preserve him has shed light on.

Allah, the Most High said,

“And do not kill those souls whom Allah has prohibited except with a due right.”

And those souls that Allah has prohibited, it is referring to the life of a Muslim. And it is referring to everyone who has an agreement with the Muslims, and likewise those non-Muslims who have been given the right of safety by the Muslims.

The Messenger (sallAllahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said in an authentic hadeeth reported by Imaam al-Bukhaari,

“Whoever kills a non-Muslim who has an agreement with the Muslims then he will not smell the fragrance of Paradise.”

The Esteemed Scholar Shaykh ‘Abdul Lateef al-Kurdi (hafidhahullah) will clarify this crucial issue for us such that there will remain no doubt regarding the Islaamic stance on these abominable acts.

We ask AllahAl-Haqq to show us the Truth and make it easy for us to follow it and make clear to us falsehood so we may stay away from it.

Extremism In The Religion: Its Aspects, Reasons and The Cure From The Sunnah – by Shaykh Khalid ibn AbdurRahmaan al-Misree[Audio|Ar-En]

Extremism In The Religion - Its Aspects, Reasons and The Cure From The Sunnah by Shaykh Khalid ibn 'AbdurRahmaan al-Misree

Allaah (Ta ‘alaa) says in the Qur’aan,

“O People of the Scripture, do not go to extremes in your religion and do not speak except the truth.” [Soorah an-Nisaa: 171]

“Say: O People of the Scripture, do not go to extremes in your religion beyond the truth and do not follow the inclinations of a people who had gone astray before – they misled many and themselves strayed from the correctness of the way.” [Soorah al-Maa’idah:77]

“In both of these verses there is a forbiddance for the “people of the scripture” – the jews and christians – from going to extremes in religion. And every statement in the noble Qur’aan directed towards the people of the scripture also includes this nation (the Muslims) because it is this nation that is the primary recipient and addressee of this book. So when Allaah forbids them from going to extremes, we are even more so forbidden to go to extremes.”

Additionally, it was narrated by ‘Abdullaah Ibn ‘Abbaas (radhiyAllaahu ‘anhu) that the Prophet (sallAllaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said,

“Beware of extremism in religion because the only thing that destroyed those before you was extremism in religion.” [An-Nasaa’ee and Ibn Maajah]

Moreover, ‘Abdullaah Ibn Masood ( radhiyAllaahu ‘anhu ) said: Allaah’s Messenger (sallAllaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) repeated three times:

“The Mutanatti’oon are destroyed.” [Muslim]

An-Nawawee (rahimahullaah) explains, “The Mutanatti’oon are the overly-strict people; those who go too deep (into religious matters), the extremists, those who go beyond the permissible limits in their statements and actions.” [“The Forbiddance and Danger of Extremism” by Shaykh ‘Ali Ibn Yahya al-Haddaadi from AbdurRahman. org]

The Noble Shaykh Khalid ‘Abdur Rahmaan al-Misree (hafidhahullaah) will admonish us regarding this grave matter of extremism in the religion and expound on its aspects, reasons and the cure for this disease from the pure Sunnah of our beloved Prophet Muhammad (sallAllaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam).

We ask Allaah to make us from those who are balanced; those who neither fall into negligence nor exceed the limits.

Terrorism – See how Shaykh al-Fawzan floored Suicide-Bombers

Scholar: ´Allâmah Sâlih bin Fawzân al-Fawzân
Lecture: Ta’sîl-ul-Intimâ’ wal-Muwâtanah ash-Shar´iyyah
Source: alfawzan.ws/allmohadrat?page=1
Reference: Darulhadith.com
Translation & video: aFatwa.com (site is down)

Shaykh al-Fawzân: It is obligatory upon the Muslims to respect the governmental facilities and to take care of them and make sure that they develop. What should then be said about devastating facilities and to blow them up and the likes? Not even the mosques are safe from them anymore. They blow them up and throw bombs into them. They kill the people in their mosques. They blow up their buildings and facilities. In addition, they claim that it is from Jihâd for Allâh’s sake and that they are Mujâhidûn.

One has to be aware of this and alert those who are deceived by these and think that this really is from Jihâd and that the deed is noble [while it absolutely is not]. The deed is in fact a destruction and Allâh does not love those who spread corruption. This is from spreading corruption upon the earth and Allâh does not love those who spread corruption.

Morover, innocent people are killed. People whom Allâh has forbidden to kill without due right. They commit sins and they may even kill themselves. They blow themselves up and say that it is martyrdom. How can a self-killer be a martyr when the messenger (sallâ Allâhu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said that he is in the Fire? Allâh (jalla wa ‘alâ) said:

“Do not kill yourselves [or one another]. Indeed, Allah is to you ever Merciful. And whoever does that in aggression and injustice – then We will drive him into a Fire. And that, for Allah , is [always] easy.” (4:29-30)

The prophet (sallâ Allâhu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said in the authentic Hadîth:

“The one who kills himself with poison will have it in his hand and drink it slowly and swallow it in hell. The one who kills himself with an iron will have the iron in the hand and stab himself with it in hell. The one who kills himself by throwing himself down a mountain will be thrown down into hell.” (Muslim 175)

A self-killer has done a Kabîrah (great sin). How can he be a martyr? How can one say that he is going to paradise when the prophet (sallâ Allâhu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said that he is going to the Fire? Allâh allowed martyrdom to be reached if one dies for His sake. THEY (MARTYRS) ARE KILLED. They were killed:

“And never think of those who have been killed in the cause of Allah as dead.” (3:169)

“And do not say about those who are killed in the way of Allah , “They are dead.” Rather, they are alive” (2:154)

It is the one who dies in Jihâd under the banner of the Muslims who is a martyr. The one who is killed by the enemy. As for the person who takes his own life, he has done a great sin and risks ending up in the Fire.

When the prophet (sallâ Allâhu ‘alayhi wa sallam) was asked about the person who fights with vigilance, courage and so on and who from among them fights for Allah’s sake, he said:

“The one who fights so that the word of Allâh shall be the highest fights for Allâh’s sake.”

The matter should be referred to the word of Allâh and His messenger (sallâ Allâhu ‘alayhi wa sallam) and not to deviant destroyers who brainwash people and give them these foul opinions.

That they destroy the administrations and facilities of the country and even the mosques goes to show that they have nothing to do with Jihâd for Allâh’s sake.

If one risks being cursed for having urinated on the road or in the shadow of a tree, one may ask how the matter is if one blows up buildings with people in them.

These people are obliged to repent before Allâh (‘azza wa jall) and to see the difference between friend and enemy and to learn beneficial knowledge by which Allâh guides them with to the straight way. They should not take knowledge from misleading people.

The Islaamic Position Regarding Protests and Demonstrations by Shaykh ‘AbdulQaadir al-Junaid

Bismillaah wa -Alhamdulillaah wa Salaatu wa Salaam ‘alaa Rasulillaah ‘amma ba’d

The Noble Shaykh ‘AbdulQaadir Ibn Muhammad al-Junaid (May Allaah Preserve Him), from the scholars of Ad-Dammam, K.S.A., delivered a LIVE tele-lecture with Muwahhideen Publications on Thursday 21stFebruary 2013. The Shaykh is recognized and recommended by the major scholars of our time, the likes of Shaykh ‘Ubayd al-JaabireeShaykh Muhammad Ibn Haadee al-Madkhalee, and many others (May Allaah preserve them)

Listen / Download Mp3 Here (Time 93:33)

Shaykh ‘Abdul Qaadir al-Junaid (hafidhahullaah) commenced this comprehensively beneficial lecture by asking Allaah to benefit us with this sitting and to make us from those who love the truth, follow what Allaahand His Messenger says and that He makes us from those who put His Speech and that of His Messenger(sallAllaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) before everything else.

Our Shaykh affirmed the fact that many Muslims are engaged in protests and demonstrations throughout the world and some of them desire by this the dunya while some seek to topple the ruler due to injustice that he might have committed, and will not stop until he is removed. However, this does not change their situation and ends up resulting in millions of deaths, loss of wealth and property. This might last for years if the ruler is not removed and as a result, the ruler may execute an armed counter-reaction, which would lead to even more deaths and losses.

The Shaykh then proceeded to say that if we use our intellects, we would see that this blessed Sharee’ahexplained even the intricate matters of using the toilet. So would it make sense that a great affair such as governance, which affects all Muslims, that Allaah would leave us without guidance, leaving each man to himself to act as he sees fit or to follow his desires?

He then said that if we were to return to the books of the Sunnah we would see that this matter of governorship and how the Muslim should deal with the rulers has been thoroughly addressed. He further mentioned that this issue has also been explained in the books of ‘Aqeedah. However, the fault lies with us, as many do not inquire about what is requested of them in light of the Sharee’ah before engaging in such matters and secondly, they do not study the ahkaam related to these affairs.

Our Shaykh then went on to extract some benefits and rulings regarding the manhaj in dealing with the rulers from three ahadeeth of the Prophet (sallAllaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) where he advised us on what to do if we were to encounter unjust rulers. The remedies include having patience with them until we meet him(sallAllaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam)  at the hawdh, carrying out their rights while seeking our rights from Allaah and listening and obeying even if they were to beat our backs and take our wealth.

Next, Shaykh al-Junaid (hafidhahullaah) commented on some reasons why protests are prohibited in Islaam. From them are:

  • 1.      They contradict the Sharee’ah
  • 2.      They resemble the way of the kuffaar
  • 3.      They encourage injustice and sin

This sitting was indeed filled with immense benefit and serves as a beautiful clarification concerning this pertinent and crucial issue as our Shaykh ‘Abdul Qaadir clearly explains each point bringing the necessary evidences from the Book and the Sunnah. A must listen for the one seeking clarity!

We ask Allaah to guide us to the truth and make it easy for us to follow and that He saves us all from falling into sin and transgression.

Does The Ends Justify The Means ? – Shaykh Salih Ali-Shaykh

Shaykh Salih Ali-Shaykh [1]  on Political Demonstrations
& the Principle: “The ends justify the means”[2]

As for what people state that: “The ends justify the means” – this is wrong and not from our Islamic legislation. On the contrary, in the legislation, the means have specific rulings and with the condition that they be initially permissible. If the means are forbidden, such as a person drinking alcohol for medicinal purposes, then even if there may be some sort of remedy in it, it is still forbidden. So, not all means may have the same ruling as the end result. Rather, the means must be permissible in themselves.

It is also not always the case that a servant (of Allah) may assume that since certain means are successful, he’s therefore allowed to take them. An example of this is political demonstrations. For example, if a large group of people comes as says, “If we stage a demonstration, this will pressure the leader and then consequently he will have to change and rectify the situation. The end justifies the means.” We say that this is completely false because the means in themselves are forbidden. These actions, even though the goal may be sincere and necessary, still the origin is impermissible. It is just like a person using a forbidden substance for some cure. Thus, there are many means and methods someone’s intellect may come up with, yet they may not be justified by the end result. So, this is for sure a false principle.

The means must be permissible in origin and then the ruling of the end result is applied to them; if the end result is allowable, the means are allowed. If it is obligatory, then the means are likewise.[3]

The Arab Spring? – The Reality of Revolution in Light of The Qur’aan and Sunnah – Shaykh Adil Sayyid [Audio|Ar-En]

The Reality of Revolution in Light of The Quraan and Sunnah by Shaykh 'Adil as-Sayyid

Bismillaah wa -Alhumdulillaah wa Salaatu wa Salaam ‘alaa Rasulullaah ‘amma ba’d

The Noble Shaykh ‘Adil as-Sayyid (May Allaah Preserve Him), from the mashayikh of Egypt, delivered a beautiful LIVE Telelink Lecture with Muwahhideen Publications. The Shaykh brought some of the reasons for oppressive rulers over the muslimeen as a punishment or test from Allaah, then he expounds on the method of change that begins with the society first in order to deserve better rulers and/or Governments.

Beginning with Tunisia then Libya, Egypt, Yemen and now Syria, the Muslim lands have become riddled with the fitnah of revolution – an adopted method of change that has never been part of Islaam.

This disease has entered the hearts and minds of Muslims who have resorted to demonstrations, protests and revolting against the Muslim ruler – all of which are haram (impermissible), according to the pristine sharee’ah (the final and preserved Islaamic legislation revealed from above the heavens by One Who is All-Wise and All-Knowing). Many have been deceived into change through these hectic and democratic methods.[1]

This sickness of revolution, which was innovated by the early deviant groups such as the Khawaarij, has now sadly become the accepted way amongst ignorant Muslims – and undoubtedly this benefits none but the enemies of Islaam. May Allaah rectify the Muslim lands from this disease, and return us all back to the Qur`aan and Sunnah upon the understanding of the righteous predecessors (the Prophet, salallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, and his companions, radiallaahu ‘anhum).

Shaykh ‘Adil Sayyid (hafidhahullaah), who is in the middle of this calamity in Egypt and who has defended the position of Ahlus-Sunnah, clarified this very important issue on the 20th of Jamada ath-Thaani, 1433, corresponding to 5-9-12.
