The Evil Reality Of Freemasonry – Shaykh Ali al-Waseefi [Audio|Ar-En]

The Evil Reality Of Freemasonry by Shaykh 'Ali al-Waseefi

Bismillah wa -Alhamdulillah wa Salaatu wa Salaam ‘alaa Rasulillah ‘amma ba’d

The Noble Shaykh ‘Ali al-Waseefi (May Allah preserve him) from the Mashaayikh of Egypt ,  is a student of Shaykh Hasan Ibn ‘Abdul Wahhaab Marzuq al-Banna and is also recommended by him. When Shaykh Hasan was asked, “Who are (the mashaayikh) of Ahlus Sunnah in Egypt?” From the mashaayikh he mentioned by name was Shaykh ‘Ali al-Waseefi (May Allah preserve them both).

There occurs in the fatwa numbered 893, and found in the “Fataawaa al-Lajnah ad-Daa’imah” (1/312), the following insightful explanation from the Permanent Committee, and it is signed by Shaykh Abdullaah al-Ghudayaan and Shaykh Abdur-Razzaaq al-Afeefee and Shaykh Abdullaah al-Manee’ (and we also have another fatwa from the Fiqh Council on the subject that includes Shaykh Abdul-Azeez Bin Baz, see below), so in this fatwa there occurs:

الماسونية هي جمعية سرية سياسية تهدف إلى القضاء على الأديان والأخلاق الفاضلة وإحلال القوانين الوضعية والنظم غير الدينية محلها

Masonry is a secret political organization which seeks to destroy religions and virtuous characteristics (morals), and the institution of secular laws and non-religious [secular] order in their place…

And in the fatwa of the Fiqh Council in their ruling on Freemasonry, signed by Imaam Ibn Baz (in the capacity of the head of the Permanent Committee for Research and Verdicts), and also Shaykh Abdullah bin Humaid(in the capacity of the Director of the Judicial Council), and printed in (مجلة البحوث الإسلامية), “Islamic Research Magazine”, (25/337-340) there occurs:

إنها في أهدافها الحقيقية السرية ضد الأديان جميعا لتهديمها بصورة عامة وتهديم الإسلام في نفوس أبنائه بصورة خاصة

It (Masonry) in its real and hidden objectives is opposed to all religions, its (intent) being to destroy them all in general, and to destroy Islam in the souls of its adherents, in particular.

And Shaykh al-Albaani (rahimahullaah) said in the cassette “Silsilah al-Huda wan-Nur” (tape no. 420):

الماسونية هى جمعية سرية يهودية وتعمل بمكر شديد جدا

Freemasonry is a secret Jewish organization which acts with severe, intense conniving…

And Shaykh Ahmad bin Yahyaa an-Najmee (rahimahullaah), in his book on Questions and Answers onManhaj, he stated, in one of the answers:

أقول إن الماسونية منظمة يهودية ؛ قصد من إنشائها تعطيل الشرائع , وإشباع الغرائز والشهوانية , وعبادة المادة

…I say that Freemasonry is a Jewish organization, the intent behinds its institution is the nullification of the [divine] legislature, and the gratification of impulses and lusts, and the worship of materialism…

And Shaykh Abdul-Aziz ar-Rajihee has explained, as occurs in “Fawaa’id fil-Aqaa’id” (no. 44) that:

الماسونية: جمعية سرية أو منظمة يهودية هدفها القضاء على العقائد والأديان

Masonry: A secret society or a Jewish organization whose goal is to destroy beliefs and religions.

Can a person be excused for their ignorance regarding the fundamentals of Tawhid – Ibn Baaz fatwas

No excuses are accepted regarding the Fundamentals of Tawhid

Q: Can a person be excused for their ignorance regarding the fundamentals of Tawhid (belief in the Oneness of Allah) which represent the core of Din (religion)? What is the ruling on judging specific people as being Kafirs (disbelievers) for indulging in practices of Shirk (associating others with Allah in His Divinity or worship) out of their ignorance?

A: No person can be excused for their ignorance regarding issues of Tawhid so long as they live amongst Muslims. However, whoever lives far away from Muslim areas and is ignorant of Islam, they will be judged by Allah (Glorified be He). They will be dealt with in the same way as Ahl-ul-Fatrah (people having no access to Divine Messages) on the Day of Resurrection i.e. they will be tested there and judged accordingly.

On the other hand, whoever lives amongst Muslims and hears the Word of Allah and His Messenger without adhering to them but instead worships the graves and seeks their help or insults Din, such people are Kafirs (disbelievers). Muslim authorities have to ask such people to repent and if they do not, they have to be killed for their Kufr (disbelief).

The same applies to whoever mocks the Din, considers Halal (lawful) things that Allah declares as being Haram (prohibited) such as Zina (sexual intercourse outside marriage), Khamr (intoxicant), applying positive law, judging by laws other than what Allah has revealed, or claiming that such laws are better than the laws which are set by Allah. Declaring any of the foregoing as Halal is tantamount to committing Riddah (apostasy), we seek refuge with Allah from this. It is thus Wajib (obligatory) on every Islamic government to apply Shari`ah (Islamic law), to advise whoever indulges in any of the practices which revoke their Islam to make Tawbah (repentance to Allah), and to kill them if they refuse to give up their Kufr.

Proof for this is the Hadith in which the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: Whoever (a Muslim) discards their Din, kill them. (Related by Al-Bukhari in his Sahih (authentic) Book of Hadiths). Moreover, it is reported in the Two Sahih Books of Hadith (i.e. Al-Bukhari and Muslim) on the authority of Mu`adh ibn Jabal (may Allah be pleased with him) that he ordered some rulers to kill the apostates if they do not make Tawbah. Mu`adh said: ‘This is the judgment of Allah and His Messenger’.

However, such a judgment has to be applied by the Muslim ruler and through the Shar`y (Islamic legal) courts. This is to ensure that the ruling of Allah is implemented on the basis of true knowledge and insight of Muslim authorities. May Allah set right the affairs of us all. Verily, Allah is the All Hearer, the Most Near.

* Fasting on Mondays and Thursdays after the 15th of Sha‘ban

Q 4: Is it permissible to observe Sawm (Fasting) on Mondays and Thursdays of Rajab and Sha‘ban? Is it permissible to observe Sawm after the fifteenth of Sha‘ban?

A: Observing Sawm on Mondays and Thursdays is not only restricted to Rajab or Sha‘ban, rather it is a Mandub (commendable) act during all the months of the year. It is also permissible for whoever is in the habit of fasting them all year to observe fasting them after the fifteenth of Sha‘ban, even if one of these days coincides with the Day of Doubt (so called because there is doubt concerning it – is it the last day of Sha‘ban or the first day of Ramadan), for the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: Do not observe fast for a day or two days ahead of Ramadan, except a person who is in the habit of observing a particular Sawm; they may fast on that day. (Agreed upon its authenticity by Al-Bukhari and Muslim)

May Allah grant us success! May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and Companions!

The price of eternal life is the hours of his life, but what is left of them for him to buy it with?! – Ibn Al-Jawzi

What Can This Eternal Life be Bought With?

WHEN A PERSON THINKS about the life of this world before entering it, he considers it long. Likewise, when he thinks about it after leaving it, he sees a long period of time and knows that the stay in the grave is long. When he thinks about the Day of judgment, he knows that its fifty thousand years long, and when he thinks about Paradise and Hell, he knows that they will never end.

Now, when he goes back to look at the time spent in this world, lets say 60 years, he can see that thirty of it is spent sleeping, fifteen or so is spent in childhood and most of what’s left goes to chasing after desires, food and money. When he accounts for what is left, he finds that much of it is nothing but showing off and heedlessness. The price of eternal life is the hours of his life, but what is left of them for him to buy it with?!

Does swallowing mucus (sputum or phlegm) invalidate the fast? – Shaykh Al-Albani & Shaykh Uthaymeen

Translated by Rasheed ibn Estes Barbee

http://mtws.posthaven.com/does-swallowing-mucus-invalidate-the-fast-answered-by-shaykh-al-albani

Question:

What is the ruling on swallowing sputum or phlegm by a fasting person?

Answer by Shaykh Uthaymeen (rahimaullaah):

If sputum of phlegm does not reach the mouth, then it does not break the fast, and there is only one opinion on this in the Mathhab.
If it does reach the mouth, then he swallows it, the scholars hold two opinions regarding it:

Some of them hold that it breaks the fast, including it in the same category as food and drink. Others hold that it does not break the fast, including it in the same category as saliva, for saliva does not break the fast, even if one collected his saliva and swallowed it, his fast is not invalidated.

When the scholars disagree, it is necessary to refer to the Book (of Allaah) and the Sunnah; and if we are in doubt at to whether this matter invalidates the act of worship or it does not invalidate it, then the basic principle is that it is not invalidated and based upon this, swallowing sputum does not break the fast.

The important thing is that a person leaves his sputum, and does not try to draw it into his mouth, then he should expel it, whether he is fasting or not. As for breaking the fast, it requires an evidence which will be a convincing proof for a person before Allaah, the Almighty, the All-Powerful, for the invalidation of the fast.

Ruling on adding ‘Sayyidinaa’ to the tashahhud – Shaykh Muhammad Amaan al Jaami (rahimahullaah)

The Thirteenth and Fourteenth Pillar:

“Allaahumma Salli ‘alaa Muhammadin wa ‘alaa Muhammadin kamaa Salayta ‘alaa ibraaheema wa ‘alaa Aali ibraaheema Innaka Hameedun Majeed” [O Allaah, send your praises upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad as you sent praises upon Ibraaheem and the family of Ibraaheem. Verily, You are Most-Praiseworthy, Most Glorified]

This version of the tashahhud is well known. There are other forms of it as well. You may memorize whichever wording of the tashahhud that you like. However, choose one that is agreed upon. And if you hear someone using a tashahhud that varies from this one, do not condemn him.Tha same could be said about sending Salaat on the Prophet (Sallallaahu alaihi wa Sallam) if you have memorized the version mentioned here by the author. There are other ways of saying it as well. And we have stated many times that there exists many ways of doing it. Perhaps all of these ways (of sending salaat on the Prophet) have been gathered together by the great Scholar Ibn Al-Qavvim in his book which is unique in its subject: Jalaa-ul-Afhaam fis-Salaati ‘alaa Khair-il-Anaam.”

The Salaat mentioned here (i.e. above) is known as the Abrahamic Salaat. The most comprehensive form of it is the one that has been agreed upon, which is:

“Allaahumma Salli ‘alaa Muhammadin wa ‘alaa Aali Muhammad kamaa salaita ‘alaa Ibraaheema wa ‘alaa Aali Ibraaheem. Innaka Hameedun Majeed. Wa Baarik Muhammadin wa ‘alaa Aali Muhammad kamaa baarakta ‘alaa Ibraaheema wa ‘alaa Aali Ibraaheem. Innaka Hameedun Majeed.”

This manner of saying it is agreed upon. And there are many other ways. However you should take note that none of the versions of the Abrahamic Salaat that have been recorded by Ibn Al-Qayyim in his afore-mentioned book contain an mention of the word “Sayyidinaa” our master) such as: “Allaahumma Salli ‘alaa Sayyidinaa Muhammad.”

Many of our sensitive Muslim brothers, if you don’t say “Sayyidinaa” when sending Salaat and just say “Allaahumma Salli ‘alaa Muhammad” , will perhaps think bad thoughts about you and say: “This person doesn’t have any respect for Allaah’s Messenger!”

In fact, this very thing actually did happen, for one time a Moroccan man on Hajj told me: “0 Shaikh! I have attended your lessons from the first class till now while traveling. But I notice about you that when you send Salaat on the Prophet (Sallallaahu alaihi wa Sallam), you say ‘ Allaahumma Salli ‘alaa Muhammad’ and I never heard you once say: ‘ Allaahumma Salli ‘alaa Sayyidinaa Muhammad.’ Why is this O Shaikh?”

He asked a good question and I clarified the matter to him, thus reducing the irritation found in him since he would become very annoyed whenever he would hear someone send Salaat on the Prophet and not say: “Allaahumma Salli Sayyidinaa Muhammad.”

The Muslim common-folk do not make any distinction in matters. Perhaps they think that someone who leaves out the word “Sayyidinaa” does not respect the Prophet and does not love him in the manner that he deserves.

The reply: This is ignorance. It may even be called compound ignorance. Compound ignorance is when someone is ignorant and he doesn’t know that he is ignorant. If you don’t know that you don’t know something then this is ignorance on top of ignorance. So what is it that someone with ignorance attached to him knows? Nothing!

The point is that Muhammad, the Messenger of Allaah (Sallallaahu alaihi wa Sallam) is our leader (Sayyid). He is the leader of all of mankind – all of the descendants of Aadam. This is what I worship Allaah with. We must believe this, in accordance with what he has informed us: “I am the Sayyid (leader) of mankind on the Day of Judgement. I am the Sayyid (leader) of the children of Aadam, and I do not say this to boast” We are obligated to believe that he is the Sayyid (leader) of all of mankind.

But in spite of this, when he (Sallallaahu alaihi wa Sallam) taught the Companions how to send Salaat on him and when he dictated the Abrahamic Salaat to them during the revelation of the ayah:

“Verily Allaah and His Angels send Salaat (praises) on the Prophet. O you who believe, send your praises (Salaat) and greetings (Salaam) on him” [Surah Al-Ahzaab: 56]

When this ayah was revealed, the Companions asked: “0 Messenger of Allaah(Sallallaahu alaihi wa Sallam), you have already taught us how to send greetings (of Salaam) upon you, but we have been ordered to (also) send praises (Salaat) upon you, so how do we send Salaat on you?”

It is possible that this sort of questioning occurred in several different gatherings based on the fact that there are numerous manners of sending Salaat on the Prophet (Sallallaahu alaihi wa Sallam). The Prophet (Sallallaahu alaihi wa Sallam) taught his Companions to say it like this: “Allaahumma Salli ‘alaa Muhammad.” This does not mean that he (Sallallaahu alaihi wa Sallam) revoked his status of leadership and that he was no longer a Sayyid.

You have noted that at times the Prophet (Sallallaahu alaihi wa Sallam) would condemn people in certain circumstances who would make statements that were understood to contain exaggeration and extremism with regard to himself. He (Sallallaahu alaihi wa Sallam) would condemn the one who said: “You are our Sayyid (leader), son of our Sayyid. And you are the best among us, son of the best among us” even though he really is the Sayyid (leader) of mankind.

However, he did this because he feared that this man was being afflicted with extremism. Going to extremes with regard to the righteous people is one of the main causes of others being worshipped besides Allaah. So in order to protect the sanctuary of Tawheed, he told him no. He forbade him from (saying) that, saying: “I am only a slave, so say: ‘The slave and messenger of Alhall.'” This was even in spite of his prior statement in which he announced that he was the Sayyid (leader) of the children of Aadam. However, there is no contradiction between this statement and that statement since each situation warrants its own statement depending on its circumstances.

The situation in which the Prophet condemned the man was a situation that warranted such a condemnation and warning, whereas the situation in which he (Sallallaahu alaihi wa Sallam) announced he was the Sayyid (of mankind) was due to the fact that he was talking about his (Sallallaahu alaihi wa Sallam) intercession. So he was clarifying its reality the reality that he is the Sayyid (leader) of all of mankind.

The point we are trying to make here is: Sending Salaat on the Prophet should be done by using one of the versions that have been reported in the texts. You should not add the phrase Sayyidina (our leader) to it even though the Prophet is our Sayyid. I hope that this point is understood. Furthermore, after making this point clear, I would like to reiterate that we must believe and affirm, in accordance with his report, that the Prophet (Sallallaahu alaihi wa Sallam) is our Sayyid (leader). However, when sending Salaat upon him, we should not say: “Allaahumma Salli ‘alaa Sayyidinaa.” Rather we should just say: “Allaahumma Salli ‘alaa Muhammad” since this would be following his example, implementing his teachings, and carrying out his instructions.

This statement stuns some people, which is why I must say again that the scholars have unanimously agreed that it is not permissible for a Muslim who wants to worship Allaah through words of supplication that have been reported in the texts to add, subtract, change or replace any of those words.

The scholars of Hadeeth, with their intricate memory and understanding of the texts, use as evidence one single report, which others perhaps are not aware of the basis of proof found in it. This report is about the time when the Prophet taught one of his Companions the supplication one should make when going to bed. The supplication contains the following words:

“Aamantu bi-Kitaabik aladhee anzalta wa Nabee’ik aladhee arsalta.”
I believe in Your Book that You revealed and in Your Prophet that You sent.

This Companion began to repeat this supplication in order to memorize it, but then on one occasion, said: “…wa Rasoolik aladhee arsalta” , i.e. “…in Your Messenger that You sent.”

What did he do? He replaced the word “Nabee” (Prophet) with the word “Rasool” (Messenger). This Companion then narrated that: “The Prophet (Sallallaahu alaihi wa Sallam), tapped my chest and said: “No, say: Wa Nabee’ik aladhee arsalta.”

This is clear proof that it is not proper for a person who wishes to follow Allaah’s Messenger (Sallallaahu alaihi wa Sallam) and abide by his teachings to add, subtract, change or replace (these supplications) based on his own accord. The “Messenger” and “Prophet” are two valid titles for Prophet Muhammad. However, we cannot change the supplication from the manner in which it was reported since that is the way the Prophet (Sallallaahu alaihi wa Sallam) stated it.

The Prophet (Sallallaahu alaihi wa Sallam) does not speak from his own desire. So these were revealed to the Prophet (Sallallaahu alaihi wa Sallam) through revelation from Allaah. Meaning: The legislation of these words of remembrance that are to be said at the time of sleeping came down from the heavrns. So if something was revealed to the Prophet(Sallallaahu alaihi wa Sallam) and he conveyed it to his, Companions in the same manner in which it was sent down, it would not be proper for the Companions to change that. And we should follow their example, and Allaah knows best.

Fear Allah and He will Teach you! (وَاتَّقُواْ اللَّهَ وَيُعَلِّمُكُمُ اللَّهُ) – Ibn Al-Jawzi

The following are excerps from ‘Sincere Counsel to the Seekers of Sacred Knowledge’ by Imaam Ibn al-Jawzi (Rahimahullaahu Ta’aala), in which he is advising his son:

Observe, my son, the way you deal with the limits of Allaah and see how you can keep yourself within their bounds. Indeed, he who takes care of these limits is taken great care of, and he who doesn’t, is left to himself. I shall now mention some of my experience to you so that you may observe my striving and ask the Granter of success to bless me.

Truly, most of the blessings I have been given have not been earned by me but rather they are conferred as a result of the planning of The Gentle One alone.

I remember myself as a child: A highly motivated six-year old sitting in class with older boys. The intellect I had been given superseded of old men. I do not recall myself playing on the road with other kids or even laughing out loud.

When I was seven or so, I attended the gatherings in the Masjid. I would not sit in a circle of mere wordplay, but searching for a Hadeeth Scholar who would narrate about the Prophet’s (Sall-Allaahu ‘alayhi wa Sallam) life. I would memorize everything he said, then go back home and write it down.

I was blessed for being granted my teacher Abu al-Fadl ibn Nasir (Rahimahullaah) who would take me to different Scholars and let me hear the Musnad [of Imaam Ahmad] and other major works.

All this time I had no idea of why I was made to do these things. My teacher recorded all I had heard, and when I reached puberty he handed me this record. I accompanied him till his death, and through him I learned the science of Hadeeth and transmission.

The kids used to go down to Tigris River and play on the bridge, but when I was small I used to take a book and sit far from people by the shore studying Sacred Knowledge.

Then I was inspired to abandon the vanities of this world so I began constant fasting and reduced my food intake to very little. I trained myself to be patient, embarking on a continuous pursuit in order to do so and staying up at night.

I didn’t feel satisfied with studying just one science so I read jurisprudence, sermon delivery and Hadeeth and followed those who practiced Zuhd. After that I studied linguistics. There was not a narrating Scholar or a preacher where I lived who I didn’t sit with and whenever such a person would arrive from elsewhere I would go to him.

I used to choose of virtuous deeds what suited me and if I had to choose between two things I usually chose the right of al-Haqq (Allaah). He has planned my life and cultivated me in a beautiful fashion, guiding me towards what is best for me.

He has protected me from my enemies, the jealous, and those who might plot against me. He has made everything convenient for my studies of Sacred Knowledge and sent me books from unexpected places. He gave me good understanding, the ability to memorize and write quickly and a talent for authoring books.

I lacked nothing of this world. As a matter of fact, things were quite the opposite as Allaah gave me more than enough. He put a great deal of acceptance of me into peoples’ hearts and made the impact of my words leave them not questioning the authenticity of what I had to say.

Approximately 200 thimmis [i.e. people of the book who live in Muslim lands according to a truce contract] have become Muslim at my hands and over 100 000 sinners have repented in my gatherings. More than 20 000 men have announced their repentance from foolish ways during my exhortations.

I used to go around Hadeeth gatherings of different Scholars and run till I was out of breath so no-one would precede me. I would start my day having nothing to eat and finish it having nothing to eat. Never did Allaah degrade me to take from another person, instead He provided for me in order to protect my honour.

Truth is, mentioning all my experience would take quite a while. And here I am now and you can see what I have achieved. I will tell you the whole story in one single sentence, and that is Allaah’s saying:

The Ibaadah of The Salaf In The Last Ten Nights of Ramadhaan – Shaykh Usamah al-Utaybi [Audio|Ar-En]

The Ibaadah of The Salaf In The Last Ten Nights of Ramadhaan - Shaykh Usamah al-Utaybi

The Shaykh graduated from the Faculty of Hadeeth at the IslaamicUniversity of Madeenah and studied with many mashaayikh including Shaykh Muhammad Ibn Saalih al-‘Uthaymeen (rahimahullah) and Shaykh Rabee’ Ibn Haadee al-Madkhalee (hafidhahullah), among others.

On the Authority of ‘Aa’ishah (May Allah be pleased with her) who said:

“When the last ten nights would enter, Allah’s Messenger (sallAllahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) would stay up throughout the night, awaken his family, become intense (in worship) and tighten his mi’zar (lower garment).” [Agreed upon]

The Salaf held this great month and more so the last ten nights in high regard and strove to increase in and exert themselves in ‘ibaadah, seeking and hoping for the reward from their Lord. Thus, it is encouraged that we all endeavour to imitate our Messenger (sallAllahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) and our Pious Predecessors and strive not only in this month but accustom our souls to the obedience of Allah during the remaining months.

Our Shaykh Usamah al-‘Utaybi (hafidhahullah) will enlighten us regarding the ‘ibaadah of the Salaf in the last ten nights of Ramadhaan and by the Permission of Allah we will all be encouraged to exert ourselves and increase in our acts of worship in the remaining days and nights of this blessed month.

We ask AllahAl-Kareem to make it easy for us to worship Him and that He grants us success in the month ofRamadhaan and steadfastness until we meet Him, Subhaanahu wa Ta’aala.

Eager About Fighting Jihad? !!!! Advice To A Jihad Enthusiast – Shaykh Al-Albani

Questioner: Ok, there is another question about our brothers in Bosnia …

Shaykh Al-Albāny: Yes.

Questioner: I heard that you said to some brothers who had wanted to go there to fight in the cause of Allāh with their lives: fight against yourselves (i.e. purify yourselves)

Shaykh Al-Albāny: Yes, that’s true.

Questioner: This means that you don’t advise (people) to go there (for jihād)?

Shaykh Al-Albāny: That’s true.

Questioner: Well don’t you think that people there are in need of help?

Shaykh Al-Albāny: How can I not think so? Yet is help achieved by putting more lives of Muslims to death in  vain? Where is the preparation with which we have been commanded in the Noble Qur’ān?

Questioner: What if there is a benefit?

Shaykh Al-Albāny: If you believe that there is a benefit, then it (jihād) is compulsory. Do you believe so?

Questioner: Yes.

Shaykh Al-Albāny: On what basis?

Questioner: There are weak Muslims…

Shaykh Al-Albāny: Please brother, don’t tell me about the status quo; tell me what the benefit is.

Questioner: The benefit is helping them and (unclear speech) …

Shaykh Al-Albāny: May Allāh guide you! Helping them requires (the intervention) of the States not individuals. The situation needs organized army that are trained in using weapons. It needs tanks, aircrafts, etc. What individual means are you talking about? If we sent one thousand people from here and there, they would be easy targets of (the enemy) fire. What could these people do in the face of the tanks and destructive weapons (of the enemy)?

Questioner: Yeah

Shaykh Al-Albāny: Glory be to Allāh! I am surprised at how the youth do not look at these issues except in a very limited way. I asked you if there were a benefit. You said, “Yes.” What is this benefit? They are weak! May Allah guide you, Abu Suhaib! As if I did not know that they are weak and that they are few in number and under-armed compared to the Serbs first and their allies second and particularly the Americans who have destroyed everything. Don’t you know these facts?

Questioner: Yes

Shaykh Al-Albāny: How can you say that there is a benefit? Is there a benefit in destroying Muslims in vain and that’s exactly what happened in Afghanistan? Do you think that jihād in Bosnia and Herzegovina can be any stronger than in Afghanistan?

Questioner: No.

Shaykh Al-Albāny: What was the result there? Uh? The result was that we reaped bitter melon (i.e. we suffered defeat) …

Questioner: Yes.

Shaykh Al-Albāny: … and we brought destruction upon ourselves because we opposed the religious teachings in many, many details, the most apparent of which, as the bad end results showed, was (differing and split). (Allāh says): ﴿

And be you not of Al-Mushrikun (polytheists, idolaters, disbelievers in the oneness of Allah). Of those who split up their religion and became sects, each sect rejoicing in that which is with it. (30: 31-32)

Seven parties fighting against one party and that is the Communist party. The Communist party, which is a kafir party, vs three Muslim parties. How could this happen? Therefore, don’t forget, even though you live far away from us, the principle that the beginning should be with tasfia wat-tarbia (i.e. purification and education) …

Questioner: Yes

Shaykh Al-Albāny: … and then remember the saying of Allāh (Azzawa Jal):

And whatever of misfortune befalls you, it is because of what your hands have earned. And He pardons much.(42:30)

And we ask Allāh (Azzawa Jal) to grant victory to our Muslims brother in all Muslim land.
Yes unfortunately as our Lord says in the Nobel Qur’ān:

That was the Way of Allāh in the case of those who passed away of old, and you will not find any change in the Way of Allāh. (33:62)

And no turning off will you find in the Sunnah of Allāh. (35:43)

Verily, Allāh will not change the (good) condition of a people as long as they do not change their state (of goodness) themselves. But when Allāh wills a people’s punishment, there can be no turning back of it, and they will find besides Allāh no protector. (13:11)

Therefore, if we want to defend a nation from among the Islamic nations we must first and foremost defend Islam in our very home countries. Yet we don’t defend Islam in our countries and that’s why we have been inflicted by calamities in our home countries, and this is something we feel sorry about and we ask Allāh (Azzawa Jal) to grant Muslims His True Promise:

Verily, We will indeed make victorious Our Messengers and those who believe (in the Oneness of Allāh Islāmic Monotheism) in this world’s life ... (40:51)

“There will not cease to be a group of my Ummah, victorious upon truth and not harmed by those who oppose them until the Hour is established.” Maybe this is enough for you.

Questioner: May Allāh reward you with good, shaykh.

Shaykh Al-Albāny: The same to you, by Allāh’s will. Let me hear your voice soon.

Verily Allah Will Never Change The Condition of A People Unless They Change What Is Within Themselves – Shaykh Abdullah an-Najmi [Audio|Ar-En]

Verily Allah Will Never Change The Condition of A People Unless They Change What Is Within Themselves - Shaykh Abdullah an-Najmi

The Noble Shaykh ‘Abdullah an-Najmi (May Allah Preserve Him) from the mashayikh of Jeezan, Saudi Arabia is a student of Shaykh Ahmad an-Najmi (rahimahullah) and is highly recommended by Shaykh Rabee’ al-Madkhalee,Shaykh Zayd al-Madkhalee and others (May Allah Preserve Them).

Allah (Subhaanahu wa Ta’aala) says in the Qur’aan,

For each (person), there are angels in succession, before and behind him. They guard him by the Command of Allah. Verily! Allah will not change the good condition of a people as long as they do not change their state of goodness themselves (by committing sins and by being ungrateful and disobedient to Allah). But when Allah wills a people’s punishment, there can be no turning back of it, and they will find besides Him no protector[Ra’d :11]

This ayah indicates that Allah (Glorified and Exalted be He) does not change – out of His Justice and Wisdom – the good state of a people into a bad one or vice versa, unless they change what is in themselves. If they change their state of uprightness and integrity, Allah will change their state and overtake them with punishment, distresses, miseries, sterility, and other kinds of penalties, an exact recompense according to their evil crimes.

On the other hand, they may be in distress committing evils and sins, then repent to Allah regretfully and obey Him, so Allah changes their distress, dissension, adversity and poverty into prosperity, union, and welfare due to their good deeds and repentance to Allah (Glorified and Exalted be He). [Fatwas of Ibn Baaz  from Alifta.com]

Shaykh ‘Abdullah an-Najmi (hafidhahullah) will lecture to us regarding this pertinent matter and by the Permission of Allah, we would all benefit and thus resolve to rectify our situations according to the Qur’aan and Sunnah with the understanding of our Pious Predecessors.

We ask Allah, the Changer of the hearts to keep our hearts firm upon His Deen.

The Importance of Teaching Your Children The Correct Aqeedah – Shaykh Abdullah An-Najmi [Audio|Ar-En]

The Importance of Teaching Your Children The Correct Aqeedah by Shaykh Abdullah An-Najmi

The Noble Shaykh ‘Abdullah an-Najmi (May Allah Preserve Him) from the mashaayikh of Jeezan, SaudiArabia will deliver a LIVE tele-lecture with Muwahhideen Publications on Friday 26th April 2013. The Shaykh is a student of Ash-Shaykh Ahmad an-Najmi (rahimahullah) and Shaykh Zayd al-Madkhalee (hafidhahullah).

Allah says in His Book,

“O you who believe! Ward off from yourselves and your families a Fire (Hell) whose fuel is men and stones”
[At-Tahrim: 6]

Regarding this verse, the following narrations were reported from the Salaf –

‘Ali Ibn Abi Taalib (radhiyAllahu ‘anhu): “Discipline them, teach them.”

Ibn ‘Abbaas (radhiyAllahu ‘anhum): “Stay obedient to Allah, stay away from disobeying Allah and command your families to remember Allah, and He will save you from the Fire.”

Mujaahid (rahimahullah): “Fear Allah and obey him (practice taqwa) and tell your families to practice taqwa.”

Qataadah (rahimahullah): “A person protects his family by telling them to obey Allah and forbidding them from disobeying Him. He upholds Allah’s commandments and helps his family to uphold them. So if you see some disobedience of Allah you stop them from doing it, and you reprimand them.” [Al-Tabarî, Al-Tafsîr, Sûrah Al-Tahrîm] [From SayingsoftheSalaf.net]

The Messenger of Allah (sallAllahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said, “Every one of you (people) is a shepherd. And every one is responsible for whatever falls under his responsibility.  A man is like a shepherd of his own family, and he is responsible for them.”

So parents have a responsibility to teach their children the affairs of this religion; the most important being the matter of ‘Aqeedah as this is the foundation to all success and rectification.

Shaykh ‘Abdullah an-Najmi (hafidhahullah) will admonish us concerning this crucial topic and explain to us the extreme importance of teaching our children the correct ‘Aqeedah.

We ask Allah to guide us to His Straight Path and make us firm upon it and may He, Al-Haafidh protect us and our children from all evil.
